It has a nice comfortable, soft interior lining that comes down over your earrs, so keeping warm even on the coldest days on the mountain won't be a problem in this helmet. The packaging and the helmet itself are all top notch. Comes with a bag for the helmet and a nice quality collapsible water bottle. Helmet is very easily adjustable and the fit and finish are excellent.
