OK. First on the sizing. I truly don't get how their sizing chart for this can be wrong. For me 6'1" 192 pounds, I needed the XXL. I had just purchased a full suit of the same brand and XL was fine. But on to the product, it is exactly what I wanted. On my surfboard, I am mostly on top out of the water and was looking for something light and did not restrict my arms because I am older and my pop up totally sucks because of a bad hip. In cooler temps on my boogie board, I will use my full suit. But for surfing, this is exactly what I wanted. Light, not restricting and takes the chill off. ... show more

I am a Swim instructor who teaches year round at an indoor pool. The water I am in is 80 to 86 degrees all year round. Being a smaller framed persons after my 4th or 5th lesson that day I start getting a little cool. This shirt helps me start comfortable all day long. I would say it can ride up on the arms and waist if you are swimming hard laps and I haven't used it in open water so I don't know how it works in different temperatures. I needed something to use on those very typical new jersey days when a 3/2 wetsuit is overkill, but a plain rashguard would give me the shivers. It has a nice tight feel when i wear it and looks great with board shorts. Make sure someone's with you when you need to take it of though. My wife had to rescue me out of it when i tried to take it off myself after a long surf session, i couldn't fight my way out of the shirt. Not bad putting it on when dry though. ... show more
