On the very day I bought it, both of my daughters started using it, and they absolutely loved it. It’s incredibly practical—not only can it curl and straighten hair, but it also works as a hairdryer. Taking just this one set is enough for travel. The quality of the product is outstanding, and I especially adore the design of the curling wand, which magnetically attracts the hair. Plus, the outer layer is made of soft plastic instead of metal, so even if it touches the skin, it won’t cause burns (though you still need to be careful because it does get very hot). The accessories even include two hair clips—such a thoughtful touch! The hair dryer has three adjustable heat and speed settings, making the whole design perfect for family use! I really like this Blowout System! It’s powerful, dries hair quickly, and offers a lot of styling options. The negative ionic technology leaves my hair smooth and shiny. The only small issue is that it's very easy to accidentally touch and switch the control button while using it. It would be perfect if the button placement or sensitivity could be adjusted. Not sure if it’s really the best product for fine and soft hair. First I’m going to say what I like about it. It’s light and the base is slim, which makes it easier to handle. I did like the hair blow dryer attachment. Then I tried the small hair brush attachment. Which is completely useless for fine hair. Left my hair looking frizzy. Even on the lowest level. Next I tried the round/oval brush attachment. That was much better to get some shine and structure in my hair. Last I tried the curling attachments. It’s a little annoying that you have to keep changing these attachments out depending on which side you working on. ALSO the curling attachment gets really HOT and there comes NO GLOVES with it. It did come with a bag and two hair clips I can do without. A heat resistant glove would have been more effective. I had to get a wash rag to be able to switch from one to the other. ... show more
