  • Small issues here and there, but very good bang for your buck.
Style: HD60 Full HD
I've been using it a lot recently and it works just as you'd expect it. It's very easy to use and setup in OBS Studio. I've used it to stream to Twitch, Youtube and even to Discord and it works very well. Picture quality is great and the frame rate is consistent, though the latter tends to drop or skip a little bit sometimes (very negligible; around 1-2 frames) when the card gets hot, since it doesn't have any kind of cooling system (and I didn't expect it to have one given the price). Using it in a well-ventilated room is a good idea, but ultimately not a requirement. One small warning though: you're probably better off buying a separate USB-A to USB-C data cable, because the one included in the box is VERY short, which can be troublesome for some people's setups. The HDMI cable's length is fine, however. Overall, it's very much worth the price compared to the more popular capture cards out there, especially if all you want to capture/stream is a Nintendo Switch or older consoles. I'm very happy with my purchase! ... show more

  • Solid capture card
Style: HD60 Full HD
Ok so I like this capture card a lot and it works pretty good. Works perfect for streaming and recording footage in OBS. I have run into some problems where it blinks or there is a line through, I just have to unplug and replug it in and that seems to fix it. I did have one audio problem where there was some hissing but again unplugged and plugged it back in. This is my first capture card and I've enjoyed it so far. You do have to do a work around for using party chat in PS5 and XBOX but it works. Not super ideal but it gets the job done. Gets 1080 60 fps perfect. Haven't bought much NZXT products but it ain't bad. ... show more

  • Well Worth it
Style: HD60 Full HD
I have had issues with trying to replace capture cards because of a lot of different issues and the most annoying one of all is the constant issue with lagging or buzzing that can’t seem to be worked out. However all that is a thing of the past, Since I’ve ordered this NZXT capture card, I’ve had no issues at all with the lag or audio quality this is worth every penny of cost. I would recommend buying NZXT for anything PC related. Word of advice for the Gamers out there who’s on console you will need to change a few settings in your hdmi port to get the video to show up in OBS and your Monitors ... show more

  • Exactly As Advertised
Style: HD60 Full HD
I decided to take my streaming a bit more serious and i needed a better capture card. I'm still ballin on a budget so I this was in my range and had nice reviews. It has performed very well and I still use it currently! I do have intentions on upgrading but this was worth it and I hope I can pass it along when I do decide to step up brand game up! ... show more

  • Gets the job done, I guess.
Style: HD60 Full HD
The media could not be loaded. If you're trying to stream on a budget and you can't spend too much on a capture card, this is decent and gets the job done. If you're able to shell out another $60-70 on a higher quality capture card, please do. There's a reason why this is pretty much always on sale for nearly 25% off. My biggest issue with this has been not the video resolution, but the fact that there's always a stutter every two seconds, which is extremely detrimental for streamers/ content creators who are trying to push out the highest quality content for their videos. As well as the video stuttering, it also comes with an audio static stutter at the same rate as the video, as a content creator I've had to hold off from making gaming console videos because I just can't IMAGINE being a viewer and trying to deal with such an annoying video and audio stutter like that. Apart from that, the audio has also been disappointing me as if your game's audio is too loud for the capture card, it just turns to static when watching over your recorded gameplay, which could waste minutes, if not hours of your time if you're attempting to create high quality content. After deciding to stream last night, I watched over the stream a little just to find out my stream audio was MULTIPLE seconds behind. No, not a fraction of a second, no, not just a second, but MULTIPLE seconds, which is extremely disapointing. Sure, initial "setup" of just plugging in the capture card is easy, but if you even want a chance at high quality recording, that's going to take a long while to setup up in your recording software, so good luck. I attached a video of the delay during the stream, and in the video, you'll see the timer at the top temporarily stop to show a time, and when the timer stops, you're supposed to hear a beep, and in the video, you'll see that the beep plays more than 3 seconds AFTER the timer stops, which is disappointing to say the least. ... show more

  • Horrible Purchase
Style: HD60 Full HD
The first unit seemed faulty, constantly red blinking light no matter what was done. Support had me send it in and sent me a new one, took a few weeks. The new unit, while it does have a solid white light this time, still does not work. Just displays a black screen. Computer and TV see it, but cant get anything but a black screen. Everything works fine when this is bypassed. I bought it trying to save a buck, I regret it. Will not purchase anymore NZXT products, ever. ... show more
