They sound and feel premium. I love the minimal look design and the sound its crip with a good base. Overall I am satisfied with these speakers even though they can be more inclined towards the expensive type but I believe you get quality compared to others on the market. If you can snatch these on sale then it's a no-brainer. Let me start off by saying I’m no audiophile. However, with that being said I upgraded from Logitech Z200’s that I’ve had for about 10 years or so. I originally bought Edifier MR4’s but they were mediocre to me and had some quality issues. Setting up the speakers is easy, cables are long enough for me personally but could be an issue for someone with a bigger desk. The finish and quality of the speakers seems pretty nice. Sound wise it’s a clear improvement over my Z200’s, clear and crisp “also can get very loud”. A lot of people say you NEED a subwoofer but I disagree if you have the volume loud or live in an apartment. I am personally considering the sub to add the extra bass to increase my listening experience a bit more. Price wise it is a bit on the expensive side but if you get them for sale I think it’s a good option to consider. I don’t need Bluetooth or wireless speakers so I’m happy! ... show more

This is a very nice subwoofer primarily designed for use with a computer. The packaging was very nice and it definitely was a premium unboxing experience. The subwoofer is made from solid material and feels high quality. It's not cheap or lightweight and doesn't have that hollow feeling that some budget subwoofers have. Sound quality is really good, especially for the size. Tight, punchy bass with a good amount of low end that works great with gaming and movies. You don't need a ton of power for a computer setup, so this has the right amount of oomph and volume for a close proximity setup. ... show more

I wanted something on my desk for my computer that was going to provide great sound quality and good volume - this accomplished both easily. I was prepared to get something a little bit on the bigger side so that I could have really good quality and no trouble with sound - I don't want any reverberations or lofi interference - and this was better than I expected. These new Relay speakers for NZXT delivers clear and crips sound with plenty of bass. The speakers have a clean design with minimal branding, aesthetically they are one of my favorite gaming speakers and fit very well with a more clean NZXT style look. The biggest draw to these speakers are its integration with the NZXT relay system. You can easily add a Relay subwoofer to the setup for better bass and create an even more immersive gaming experience. There's also a pair of matching headsets that would look really great in your set up. But The best part of the Relay system is the SwitchMix. It allows you to dial the volume on the the mixer, but more importantly it serves as a headphone stand, and it routes all audio to your speakers when the headphones are placed on the stand and the second you take it off, the audio gets rerouted to the headphones instead. Super cool and clean feature. Overall I think these speakers are a great standalone piece and offer great audio quality with a very gaming focused sound profile while offering nice aesthetics. But if you invest in the relay system, you can really unlock the full potential of the NZXT audio series. ... show more

This isn't gonna sound like a commitment to Klipsch speakers or anything like that, but for a PC subwoofer this is an awesome buy. The price is great for what you get, I would say this is probably a must have for any semi-serious gamer, or anyone who watches a lot of movies or TV shows on the PC.
