  • Form over function
Style: Intel Z790 Chipset Color: Black
This is the Apple equivalent of the motherboards, with super pretty, simple, and elegant lines in the design, but when it comes to the firmware, you can't tweak or tinker with it, a take it or leave sort of thing. Don't get me wrong, you can adjust quite a few settings in the BIOS, but you can't change the voltage to negative values. It's crucial to flash your firmware to the latest version to ensure support for the 13th-14th Gen Intel CPUs. The support documentation, however, could use some improvement to help us navigate the complexities of the latest chipsets. Let's offer a notification process through the CAM software so we can keep up with the latest updates. I used Intel Extreme Tuning to change the P-CORE ratios from 55 to 53 to limit the power draw and ensure stability. Though not an NZXT issue, per se. The CAM software could also use some improvements; it feels rudimentary for the power users' needs and can't reset to the default configuration without deleting JSON config files or reinstalling the software after completely removing it. The power plant for the cooling fans could also use more intelligence, some context from the CPU/GPU telemetry, to run them efficiently instead of having me run a battery of trial and error to figure it out. ... show more

  • Solid motherboard
Style: AMD B650E Chipset Color: Black
This motherboard is awesome. Solid build. The dedicated fan connectors are great if you’re using NZXT fans. The built in WiFi is awesome as well. The board supports DDR5 and AMD expo/ overclocking. Absolutely love it.

  • This motherboard is GOATED
Style: AMD B650E Chipset Color: White
This thing is an absolute aesthetic dream. Zero issues and my new build looks amazing. Ryzen 7700x / 4070 Ti / 64gb DDR5

  • Amazing
Style: AMD B650E Chipset Color: White
Very sleek looking motherboard, put this in my NZXT h6 flow and fits right in with the atx layout. Not yet finished with the build but hopefully the board turns out great!

  • Poor Functionality
Style: AMD B650E Chipset Color: Black
This motherboard looks fancy yes, but let me tell you, I will never shoot for a flashy looking one again. All the extra panels made plugging in wires take hours! If it wasn't for my slender fingers it would have been impossible. They turn a 30 min to an hour job at most into a 3 hour one! Plus the wifi antenna ports were loosey screwed in. At this price point I would expect an effortless installation, not the case here! The only thing I will be purchasing from nzxt in the future are their cases, but maybe there's something better out there now that I seen their quality. Go with gigabyte or Aorus for a worthwhile motherboard for $250 or less. Sleek appearances are not worth poor quality! ... show more

  • Solid board with latest UEFI
Style: AMD B650E Chipset Color: Black
The NZXT B650e is pricey and you are paying largely for aesthetics. However, this board is by no means just a piece of junk with a plastic cover. There is a beefy 16+2 VRM present, along with a nice heatsink for said VRM. The board has seven fan headers, two ARGB headers and four NZXT proprietary RGB headers. With the latest UEFI and AGESA 1.1, this board is rock solid stable with my R9 7900 and Corsair DDR5-6000 CL30 32GB Dual Channel Kit running at EXPO Aggressive settings. The NVMe layout is a bit baffling, since the middle slot is covered by GPU's once installed and you can't fit an NVMe with a heatsink there. The bottom slot is only wired for PCI-E 4 x2. Pros: Nice layout with cleverly laid out fan headers and USB ports Stable BIOS has overclocking profiles AGESA 1.1 in latest BIOS Cons Pricey The onboard WiFi isn't from Intel and doesn't work natively with Windows, so you won't have networking during setup unless you connect to a wired network. No RGB control for RAM within the UEFI No NVMe Quick-Release tabs Bottom NVMe slot is only PCI-E 4 x2, while using a high speed NVMe drive the middle slot isn't going to be optimal since it's covered by the GPU and can't be used with a heatsink. ... show more

  • Very clean looking, easy bios control, and overall pretty nice, did have some trouble tho.
Style: AMD B650E Chipset Color: White
Had a bit of trouble with the WiFi, had to install drivers on it, even though in the bios it was enabled, so just update your bios and install the drivers from NZXT. If you go to this board’s product page from NZXT official page and scroll all the way down, you should fine BIOS drivers, WiFi drivers, Bluetooth drivers, etc. Clean board, great bios control, and very little problems. ... show more
