This is an excellent brow pencil. I have only used a brow powder for 40 years because I had "some" brows, very scant, and the powder blended well with no shine like pencils did. Now Im 70 and I've lost my brow tails and very little of the bulb. With this "taupe" professional pencil, I can carefully draw an outline and tail like my own brows, fill in the bulb a bit, use a brow brush to very gently blend and shape and they turn out perfect with NO shine. While I usually have a good experience with these products my last pencil seemed to have been defective. It didn't draw anything at first and then broke off and crumbled.
