This is the perfect water line liner to make you look like you got 8 hours of sleep! I will say it doesn't last more than a few hours on my water line so I do have to reapply at least once during the day if I want to maintain the awake look. I am so frustrated with the protective wrap. I'd like to use the liner but I cannot get it out of this protective wrap. Why woukd a company wrap the pencil so tightly without a way to rip it off. Finally able to remove the plastic wrap. Besides the too secured plastic wrap I like the pencil. I purchased 3 colors and they glide easily along the line of my eye. I love this brand. Stays on, so the waterproof really does work. Other eyeliners would wear off within minutes since I have 'watery eyes'. Recommend this!

I purchased this liner in a dark green but it really isn’t as dark as I would like. It applies well but definitely isn’t waterproof. I also noted that it isn’t an all day wear for me. I do have to reapply at least once throughout the day and it does smudge somewhat, especially on my lower lid. The pros are that it is contact lens safe and it doesn’t cause any irritation in my eye area. I think my search for a deep green eye liner will continue. ... show more

This the only eyeliner I buy from here. I have tried others but they didn't work as well. This one last all day and it is easy to apply. I'm 70 years old so it's hard to find a good eyeliner and one that last and doesn't break easily.
