I have a red stomach scar that I've been trying to cover up for awhile now. I got this concealer in hopes to tone down the redness, and it did! Top picture is before and bottom is after. I paired this concealer with Nars foundation and you can barely notice I have a scar now! It works great. The only downside is this container only has 0.11 oz so it's really not that much in the container. This probably won't last me very long at all so I'll have to find the product with more oz so I can use more without worrying I'm going to run out. But the product itself is great!

NYX makes GREAT concealer, especially for the price. It has a perfectly creamy consistency with buildable medium coverage. It's not watery nor is it thick. I use it to cover darkness under my eyes and any redness/spots on my face. When using this concealer, I don't feel the need to wear additional foundation. Just a little powder on top, and I'm good to go. I currently own 5 shades and I've gone through multiple tubes of each shade since I discovered this concealer a few years ago. I'll start with the shade selection, because I'm sure that's why a lot of people are reading the reviews. I have a cool skin tone and I have found 4 of the shades that I can make work for me whether I'm pale or have a tan. In my opinion, this is the breakdown of what tone each concealer is : 01 porcelain and 02 fair are neutral tones. 03 light and 05 medium are peachy cool tones. 04 beige is a warm yellow tone and 06 glow is a warm orange tone. I haven't tried the darker ones. I posted pictures of the shades I currently have plus swatches just to help out anyone who is struggling to pick a color. Keep in mind I really globbed the concealer on the paper for those swatches, but in real life the shades look much lighter once they are blended out. For the eyes, I put 3 or 4 dots of concealer a shade lighter than my skin tone, pat it around with a clean fingertip and let it dry halfway. At this point it will look cakey/not blended at all, this is fine. Once it's halfway dry, I then use a damp beauty sponge and blend it out the rest of the way. I get much better, smoother coverage when I use this technique. If you try to blend it out when it's still fully wet, you'll wipe away all the coverage. If you don't blend at all, you'll end up cakey. It's also a good idea to use a setting powder on top so it doesn't crease. For redness, I like to use a shade that is either my exact skin tone or a tad darker in combination with the green color corrector. The green seriously makes such a big difference! I mix the two shades on the back of my hand β a dab of skin tone plus the tiniest little dot of green. It will look ghostly on your hand, but once it's over top of the redness, it neutralizes it perfectly. Again, I like to let it dry a little bit before I try to do any blending. I have normal/dry skin and I'm able to get through half the day with this concealer still looking good. It does crease and wear off a bit, but it doesn't get as gross as other brands I've tried. This probably also largely depends on whether you are oil/normal/dry and what the weather is like that day though. The only con to this product is the label wears off and I think their shade selection isn't wide enough to suit every skin tone. Overall, I would definitely recommend this concealer to anyone.

This is my third purchase of this item. Really can't do without it. You can swipe it on or you can dabble it on as needed in red areas of the face before applying foundation. I use it mostly on my cheeks and in the forehead area because it covers up any blemishes and rosacea. Once you blend it with your skin tones concealer and applyfoundation/powder over top of it you cannot tell the difference, your face does not look green so there's no need to worry about that. I would say this product is good for almost everyone because I have rosacea and very sensitive skin that is porcelain in color. I would recommend this brand and product for any age group or any skin type.

I love this concealer. I have very pale skin and it's hard to find a concealer a shade or two lighter than my own skin, but this is perfect. Wonderful creamy consistency, medium buildable coverage without feeling cakey. Lightweight, long-lasting but coverage is exactly what I look for in a concealer, so this is perfect. I have dark circles under my eyes and slightly redness around my nose, this covers it nicely and blends easily. Wearing it without foundation it still covers while looking like I'm not wearing any makeup at all. If you're using this for under eye circles, it is best to apply it thick with your fingertip, let it dry for a few moments, and then blend it out with a beauty blender. While trying to blend it wet, it will take away some of your coverage.

Decent concealer for a "drugstore brand". Its not my favorite compared to the $50 concealers I have, but thats not a fair comparison, for the price, how can you go wrong? I'll but again. Nice to have as an extra. (Looks lighter on my hand with flash on, but I have medium tan skin and CW04 Beige is perfect for my face, which is lighter than my hand obviously) It has a matte finish, but not too flat, stays well. Overall a good product if you are on a budget, or like me, I just like having a variety of high end/drug store brands and a few of everything :)

I am pretty new to makeup in general, but I have some major issues with under-eye circles that I knew had to be addressed.. My regular concealer wasn't cutting it, so I wanted to try color-correcting. Most places will say to use an orange-toned color corrector.. but I know I have warm olive skin and I SWORE my under-eyes were purple.. the opposite of which is yellow. I am glad I went with my gut and got the yellow color.. it counteracts my dark circles well. The formula blends and covers pretty well, I would say it's about medium coverage.

This is easily the best concealer Iβve used. I love that you can layer, I wish they made foundation in this shade because sometimes I just use this all over with a primer, because I canβt quite find the exact consistency and shade in the same brand. Blends well, and covers my scars I have. Here Iβm only wearing the product and a translucent powder to set it. I like to layer on about 2 coats (letting each layer dry before applying the powder)to cover the scars and under eye area. Will definitely buy again.
