I usually use the Stay Matte, Not Flat powder and have tried other brands but the colors would always be either too gray, too red or...too somethin! Lol This one matched to a tee! I use Ultas concealer and this to set it. I've been trying to find inexpensive options for awhile now...glad I finally found a product that matches and sets well. It doesnt come with a brush or sponge, so I just carry a tiny brush I have to touch up any shiny areas on my face. Depending on how you apply your makeup, it is more of a sheer coverage but buildable without being cakey. I generally do a no makeup, makeup look and use an eye cream, concealer, this powder to set it and then a cream blush and just use a setting spray and it stays put with no shine for about 4-5 hrs...which is decent imo since I have some oily areas on my face. Its inexpensive, so...worth a shot!

I LOVE NYX “Stay Matte But Not Flat” but they aren’t selling it near me or here on Amazon, so, I looked for the next best thing. All in all it’s a pretty good powder, BUT… 1. It doesn't cover as well 2. It's a SMALLER amount of product for MORE $ 3. It doesn't come with a sponge!!! This got me. I will apply it with a brush at home, but when I'm out, I use the sponge. All in all, MORE MONEY for LESS PRODUCT/TOOLS

This is my perfect skin match, it is so good that people don't think I wear makeup. Thank you nyx for having my exact makeup match. I am so incredibly happy, I have been wearing makeup since I was 15 after nine years I finally have my *exact* makeup match. It is a seamless and flawless blending from my face to my neck and chest. There is no visible signs of demarcation. Wonderful! The reason I give the product four stars and not five is because it is very, very fragile. It crumbles and breaks very easily. I was dabbing my powder brush and chunk just broke off. That's not okay! Please fix that because I live this powder and it stays matte all day long for me! I wear makeup for seven to eight hours and have oily combination skin (dry around my mouth, oily for T zone) and barely get oily with it on, no need for touch ups like I used to do.

Having a hard time to find my usual foundation. Seen this product and wasn’t happy with the shade it is. It was a lot lighter than the color it said it is. But overall a good product for one whose complexion is lighter than mine.
