I have had this Nylavee soundbar with subwoofer for about a week and I am loving it. I also have a Nylavee soundbar on my laptop that does an excellent job, so this just seemed like the perfect thing to add to our TV set. I am not good with technical jargon, but I do have good ears and I do love my TV. I didn't know what I was missing until I got this. The improvement in the sound quality after adding this speaker set up has been dramatic. The sound is so sharp and clear and the subwoofer adds just the right amount of bass to give a nice depth of sound. I can quickly adjust the bass and treble with the remote control, but right now I have found a good setting for the shows I watch most often. I will definitely add some extra bass if I am watching an action movie. Not only have I enjoyed what I hear from these speakers, but the set up looks nice. I have put the subwoofer on the floor since I was told it did not have to be placed right by the sound bar. The sound is excellent even with it being on the floor. If all I have said.....excellent sound quality, nice looking, plus a good value, isn't enough.... the customer service/after sale department is outstanding. I had a question during the setup and quickly got my question answered. That is a major plus for someone like me who isn't totally comfortable setting up electronic things. I always read reviews before I buy most things, and I can honestly say I do not think anyone would feel they had made a mistake by buying this soundbar with subwoofer. Style: Soundbar with wired subwoofer
I originally bought this to improve the audio from my TV (the internal speakers weren't always loud enough), so I was just looking for a simple speaker with a reasonable price. This soundbar has blown far past my expectations when I picked it. I like the small footprint of a soundbar, compared to big speakers that you need to find floor or cabinet space for. I also like the wide variety of connection options. The soundbar comes with an RCA-to-3.5mm cable, which didn't work for me, because my TV doesn't have RCA outputs. As I was hooking this up to my TV with some spare cables, I realised it has an input switch (I hadn't noticed that when I bought it). This opened up a whole new world of possibilities! Now my TV and computer are hooked up on two different inputs, and my phone is connected by Bluetooth. This means I can get whole-room sound on any device, simply by flipping inputs with the soundbar remote. The remote includes bass controls, separate from the volume controls, so you can adjust the bass level based on what you're watching (or where you're sitting). I turn the bass down a bit when I'm on my computer next to the speaker, and turn it up to max when I'm playing music from my phone while I do chores. The remote takes two AAA batteries, which are not included (but what devices come with batteries anymore?). Overall, I'm very impressed by this soundbar and would recommend it to others. ... show more
