This fit well except for the fact that it is very long, like practically covers my bum long. It’s still doable if you tuck it in or roll it under. It it is soft and thick enough that it isn’t see through. It is not a sweater type material. I typically wear a M in tops.

I'm super happy with this turtleneck. I ordered the green and it looks exactly as pictured. The material is not bulky but also not super thin, and it's not sheer. Fits nice and has a good thickness about it. It doesn't seem to be see through, but I'd wear something light underneath just to be on the safe side
