Decent quality for the money. Came boxed nice, wraped in plastic, instructions, no janky cheap feeling parts. The magnet is substantial given 3.5" speaker size. Fits my 14 Highlander, but only by a hairs width.Rubber surround, clear vocals and solid bass output compared to the stock 3" jbl speakers i removed. Those had foam surrounds and shrill highs. Got these to upgrade the not-so-great factory speakers in the dash of my 2019 RAV4. I have a friend who has a stereo shop, and for the fun of it we put these up against several other brands, a couple of them were like 3 times the money. THESE BLEW THEM ALL AWAY. I mean, it wasn't even a contest! I'm running factory system except for these, and the difference is astounding. If you have a 5th gen RAV4, buy a set and the appropriate speaker adapter to wire it in and live happy! By the way, for the more technically inclined, I tried putting a set of bass blockers on these, and the results were NOT good. Installation of a capacitor (the bass blockers) changes the frequency response a bit, and they DEFINITELY did not sound as good. The factory system in a 2019 RAV4 (and probably other Toyota models) doesn't seem to put out enough low end to blow the dash speakers, as I've had these in for quite a while now and they get a workout. ... show more

Sound great. At some point I’ll put an amp on them but for now with head unit…way better then the Sony I removed. Crisp and clear. Cheap too. Packed well. No issues and as of now…would buy again. I e been playing them for 4 months now.

I put on music after the install for amp tuning. Almost immediately one of the 6x9’s started flapping. I thought the foam ring had fallen off but no. Speaker blew without even putting power to it. I matched my amp to the speaker system. No way to blow them with the matchup. Shape. Nice looking, easy install, but do sound cheap. For 160watt capability they are really horrible.
