I have large legs to begin with, but I also have lymphedema. Finding a knee brace that would fit me was a task I'd undertaken and not had any luck with so far. But I needed knee braces because I also have osteoarthritis, my knees are bone on bone and my kneecaps are prone to slip and slide a lot, making it hard for me to walk without fear of falling. My doctor told me good braces would help keep the kneecap in place, so I set about trying to find some. But every time I read measurements, I left disappointed because I knew they wouldn't fit me. I thought I was just destined to have to learn to live with knees that went sideways while I was going forward, but then I happened to find these. After reading the measurements, I decided to take a chance on these. Finally, I have relief!! These fit comfortably without biting into my legs at all! They're easy to get on and easy to get adjusted (though I have my husband do that because my shoulders are also bone on bone and I don't have the upper arm strength to pull the straps tight enough for my comfort). They're very comfortable, they don't roll or slip when I'm walking and I can wear them all day without issues! If they get dirty, I just toss them in a sink full of soapy water, then rinse them well and hang them from the shower curtain to dry without any problems! If you're looking for a larger brace for larger legs and have found these and are reading this review, I highly recommend these! This may fit someone with a proportional thigh and calf, but unfortunately I have bigger thighs that slims down to the knee. As much as I adjust the top strap, the top portion of the brace would slip down and then bunch around the back of the knee. Not a bad product since it does feel stable for the few minutes the brace is in place. Had high hopes since I did like the design. Updated: I didn't anticipate the company to respond to my comment, but they did and offered a solution. Although they sent a disclaimer that the response was not meant to have any updates to the review, I felt it was needed. I have always appreciated companies that back their products and offers solutions to help keep their customers happy. Like I said, I really liked the design and although it didn't fit my knee, I'm sure it will help others out there that fits perfectly for them. ... show more

I had a miniscus tear. THis brace was really helpful. It fit perfectly, stabilized my knee so I could walk, gave excellent support and was so comfortable. I highly recommend this brace for any knee problem. Dont hesitate to buy this product.

    • Both slides down and gets stretched out too soon

This brace is ok for short term use, otherwise it tends to slide down. Also it gets stretched out and doesn't tighten easily. Also I found it worked pretty well on my left knee but didn't on my right. It's supposed to be reversible.

Needed a knee brace due to acute knee pain. It's hard enough trying to find socks for my XL calves but was downright disheartening trying to find a wrap/brace for this big leg. But this us my new BFF. Brace is easy for me to put on by myself, & soft enough not to be pressing into my sensitive to touch skin. I have to wear a brace everyday because of unrepairable meniscus tear. This company so far, has the best braces that actually stay up.. I have tried several brands and even several of this brand but this one. So far, is the best. I do highly recommend this one and here’s why: What is helpful is the plus size of course, but two factors are great. 1. This has four steps! Two wide,” at top and bottom and two thinner ones at center. The four straps combo really adds in the stability. 2. The longer length of 11 in is the best added feature for a secured grip on the thigh. After I did my measurements and reading a few reviews, I decided to try two sizes above my measurements and it was a purrfect fit for me. I waited for a period of wearing time before I wrote this review so, cat hair is not included with your purchase lmao! :-) The brace has not loosened or slid down with daily, all day wear. This is important for me and safety in my walking as I wear a Bledsoe brace on my opposite leg. Other braces have worn out in the Velcro department so I’m hoping this won’t happened here but I will update the length of time it lasts should and when that happens. I do have one recommendation for the manufacturer and that is for one of the larger straps to be longer on the thigh side for a more complete wrap on the thigh.
