I can't say its a bad pillow, infact its very soft and does help my neck. But isn't the firmness thats described. I have to plump and fluff it every morning when I make the bed. Then at night, I usually flip it over at least once. I use it with both inside pillows, but it just isn't that firm. I'm a little disappointed. I needed more support.

This is a great pillow! I've purchased many different pillows for my painful neck issues over the years, including the "MyPillow" products, which are excellent. This Nuzzle pillow is even better, providing support that does not need to be readjusted during the night. Quite impressive.

Let me start by saying I was on the fence about spending that much money on a pillow and that I never give reviews. I’ve been dealing with neck and shoulder stiffness and pain for the longest time and have not been able to find a pillow that helps. I would only get a few hours of sleep at a time before I started tossing and turning. After using this pillow for 2 weeks and still being skeptical, I will honestly say that this pillow is amazing. It took a couple nights to figure out the perfect fit, but it was worth it. I’ve stopped tossing and turning and have been able to sleep through the night and wake up without the pain. I love that it can be adjusted and is super easy to get each pillow back into the case since the case zippers down 2 sides. If you suffer from neck pain/stiffness and are on the fence about buying, do it. The only thing you have to lose is the neck pain. Honestly !
