The taste…
Am used to unpalatable taste in the name of health but this is hard to swallow. Recommend this be capsuled or wrapped in a piece of cheese like a dog treat and swallowed whole😂

Impressive results.
After learning the different types of Magnesium to treat different symptoms. This product was purchased to test results on specific health issues. I am very surprised and happy to review that this product works great and exceeds expectations. It has improved health and reduced the symptoms significantly. Though it has not be used long enough to see of the conditions are completely alleviated. The difference so far is impressive.

No taste, mixes easily, puts me out like a light
Bought this on recommendation from Swolenormous (Papa Swolio). No artificial ingredients like sweeteners or flavors, mixes up easily, no taste to it, so easy to drink. I take it at night and it put me out like a light.

Tastes terrible
I seen some reviews that commented on the taste but I did not expect it to be so bad. I couldn’t even mask the taste in coffee with cinnamon. I am still experimenting and trying to find something that will overpower this little scoop of powder. I would recommend pills instead.

I guess it’s good but hard to tell
Hard to tell if magnesium is working or not in generally. But it dissolves well in water and goes down easily, I guess it’s good
