Bought this on recommendation from Swolenormous (Papa Swolio). No artificial ingredients like sweeteners or flavors, mixes up easily, no taste to it, so easy to drink. I take it at night and it put me out like a light.

    • Tastes terrible
I seen some reviews that commented on the taste but I did not expect it to be so bad. I couldn’t even mask the taste in coffee with cinnamon. I am still experimenting and trying to find something that will overpower this little scoop of powder. I would recommend pills instead.

Hard to tell if magnesium is working or not in generally. But it dissolves well in water and goes down easily, I guess it’s good
