The seller's description of the product perfectly matched what I received. I received the NutriBullet NB50500 Ultra in "like new" condition--not a mark on it and all original packaging and accessories. It works as expected. It's not meant to replace a full-sized blender like a Blendtec (which I also own and love). It's meant to create personal creations (smoothies and drinks in my case). It does that just fine. I use pre-crushed ice from my ice dispenser--I haven't tried full-size cubes and don't plan to). I really appreciate the quick and easy cleanup and the small size (compared to a full-size blender). Overall, the product seems well executed.

The best possible machine for making smoothies FAST. Very powerful, convenient to set up, use and clean. Pulverizes ice and frozen fruit in moments. The two containers are great, and the design with the blade out of the way when you remove the lid is brilliant.

It took me a few tries to get the right consistency for acai bowls. (1 C frozen berries, half banana, 1/3 C coconut water, tsp acai powder). Sometimes it blends perfectly & sometimes I have to shake the cup around & blend it again. So good. Easy to clean. You definitely need to add some liquid to keep things moving.

Don't be bashful about the refurbished model. These get repaired with arguably more attention to detail than they were originally assembled with. Ours has been working flawlessly. There were some almost undetected scuffs on the body of the blender but was otherwise on new condition. All the accessories were wrapped in plastic and packaged like a brand new unit. I've been using twice a day since purchased and I'm very pleased.

I wouldn’t have minded buying this new but matte black has been out of stock for a long, long time so, it was good to find one refurbished. The shipping was initially estimated to take ten days but it arrived in about seven days. For coast to coast shipping. it’s not bad. On the box, they make it very clear that this is refurbished. Opening the box, everything looks new. I really like the look of this model, very modern. You have to lock the cup in place before you get the operating lights so that feels pretty safe. Comparing the size to my Hamilton Beach, one can see the difference between 175 watts and 1200 watts. It’s a little loud. Measuring the sound with my Apple Watch. it tops 100 decibels - think power tools or hair dryers. But, it’s 1200 watts so this is not a surprise. It does what it is supposed to- it blends frozen pineapple and fresh cucumber just fine. Everything looked super blended after a few seconds but there were still some small chunks, small enough to fit through a bubble tea straw. So, there a learning curve but probably no different than any other new appliance. When running it, I can smell something - oil? rubber? It’s not that bad and I am hoping that it fades away with time. It’s refurbished so we’ll see. Just in case, I got the Asurion. I am happy with this purchase and would be comfortable recommending this to a friend.

Now to preface I already have years owning a magic bullet and I love the company and their products. I bought this one last year and I get that it’s refurbished but it stopped working after 5 uses. Due to unfortunate circumstances I had to leave the country for quite some time and couldn’t get around to making a return. Now that I’m back I was hoping to get a return/exchange. Slim chance due to return policies but I thought to at least try. I’m just here to warn others to be cautious of buying this one whether it says refurbished or not. Not the end of the world but I’m now out $70 and a blender
