We previously returned this same item due the the very high noise volume. We ordered it again hoping this blender would not be as loud. We were wrong. It was also ear-piercing. Instead of again returning this blender to Amazon, we contacted Ninja Customer Support. The rep acknowledged that this model was in particular very loud and they had received the same complaint from another customer that day. They offered to send me a similar, later model, Ninja blender in 3-5 business days. It should arrive this week. Hopefully, it won't be too noisy. ... show more
