Yes I am an idiot for buying a reman part but Amazon should probably vet these sellers. The unit looked the part, but I noticed that on the oil filler cap there was no one rubber part . Mechanic said that is okay and some non OEM do not include that. He was also not sure it was oil adequately and he added a bit more. Once install on the initial application of pressure the valve that is connected to the wiring harness popped out. The tab that kept it in was broken (second pic with the mirror to show inside) and unlike the original it did not have a retaining bolt also (see pic of the original - 3rd pic). So even if that tab held up, further down the road it could have rotated and popped out eventually. Also they did not include the bushings as well and taking the old one will result in bent bushings as well. So either they include the bushings, sell them separately or tell that in the product description. So not only I wasted labor on the mechanic but I cannot return this right away until I get a good one because it is additional labor to remove this then put the old one back and repeat it again. Mech said he would not charged me for labor next time if I leave it in for now I am sure I will get a refund but I am out $200 and wasted my time driving it to the mechanic. Do not waste your time on this and learn from my mistake.

It worked fine for about 20 days. Then it started spilling all my freon out. I bet this company has great products just that they let one bad part slip out.

i ordered straight RYC from there website first. RYC sent wrong the wrong part and never even got a reply back when i tried to send back for refund. Frustrated i got on amazon so i wouldn't have the same return problem. there was two choices buy one for almost $600 or try them again on amazon for around $150. needless to say i fell for the deal. sent me a poorly built A/C compressor that looked to been dropped and smashed in a threaded bolt hole. at least through amazon i hopefully get my money back. But all the time i have invested now is lost. RYC is crooked just sending whatever hoping you will not pursue a return in the short time you have to install it to even see if it will work .
