Incredible coffee machine. I prefer this to what I can get at expensive coffee stands. It makes a great, consistent espresso and foams the milk beautifully. Well worth the price.

Package was split wide open on arrival; thin box, but machine seemed ok. The water tank didn't fit/work without pulling n pushing it around- just unsnug, but put up with it. After a week the steam wand flopped loosely, but still worked so we dismissed it. 2 weeks later was silent n stopped pushing out coffee. The steam wand still worked tho,lol. I sent it back but got shorted on the refund.=$374.03... Great machine. I am so glad I bought it. What can I say; the power and taste of a coffeeshop in your own home. Easy to hook to a water source to bypass the use of the reservoir as well.

We have the machine for three months and have been able to make 4 cups of cappuccino espresso. The repair guy (who is awesome) replaced the heating element, adjusted the pressure, changed the water chamber. Took the machine away 2 times, reinstalled and it didn't heat. It doesn't make consistent coffee pours when you push the button. Would not recommend this machine for anyone looking for a good machine. I hear there haven't had problems, but they even had to drill the hole larger for the water. I think we have a lemon, and the company has not replaced it, just keeps repairing it, which is annoying for a brand new machine, ... show more
