Easy to use, the color is gray! A durable design even if you damage the sides of the plates as it’ll still hold up over time with paint. The grip is a little bit smooth. I kind of wish it was a little bit less smooth and more grippy but this is a person qualm. The handles hold up well and are not painful to hold even at the heaviest weight settings. Can get slippery at times though depending on how your hands feel Especially if you’re sweating. Overall, it is a sturdy design and its adjustment to five increments up to 80lbs is amazing and ideal for anyone especially for the price. Can’t wait to continue to use this set up. I’ve already seen results if you hesitated on these, please give them a shot. It is definitely for people who like a nice compact system. Yes it’s a high price but for what you’re getting it’s worth that price screw expensive gym memberships. It’s time for a revolution in gym training just go on YouTube. If you think I’m wrong stop giving these companies your money buy your own stuff. Remember VHS or CD’s yeah, let’s go back to that with our weight systems force ourselves to get healthier! very nice dumbbells love how adjustable they are and how fast it is to adjust had them for like 4 months now mothing is loose everything is very solid still using them right now only thing is for the people buying it make sur it says from store nuobell would not risk buying from another store there is an also a price difference its couple bucks more but I think it's worth it asides from that very nice and durable.

These are quite pricey but so convenient. You could save a ton of money by buying a set of dumbbells covering the same weight range, but if you’re looking to take up the least amount of space to do so, these are an excellent choice. Very little rattling, easy adjustment, they look and feel premium.

These are great dumbells. The adjustability is smooth, they are not oversized. The only thing to watch for is becareful when sliding them back into the holder. Well worth the money.

These are incredible! I have been using Bowflex 1090s for 6 years. These improve on those in several important ways. f 1. You don't have to adjust each side of the dumbbell on these like you do on the bowflex. It's just a few turns of the handle and both side of the dumbbells are set. It's less time consuming, and you can't accidentally set different weights for different sides of the dumbbell. 2. they are round and comfortable. This means you can set then down on your body and not feel like you are getting harpooned on a sharp edge like the Bowflex ones. This is huge, and adds to the feel that they are much more like a traditional dumbbell than the Frankenstein creation that is the Bowflex 3. they are more compact 4. they feel more sturdy. i still would not drop these, and am careful to set them down easily, but they do feel a lot more sturdy than the Bowflex Great hand feel. Great knurling. I love using these!

These are incredible. My husband got these for me for my birthday, and we both enjoy how easy they are to use. With just a twist of the dumbbell on the dock, you can increase the weight to your desire, and do anything from bench press, curls, and even squats and deadlifts. The grip is comfortable and sturdy. Adding weight to the dumbbells do not make them feel unstable in the slightest. They even work well with my wrist straps for heavy weight. I thought they would feel very wide or unnatural compared to free weights, but they feel just as manageable as them. They are also super sleek and add a nice aesthetic to our gym set up with squat rack and plates. They are worth the money
