I was excited to get this rug, but once it arrived I knew there would be problems. Most rugs come rolled up in a long cylinder shape, but this one had clearly been returned once prior as it was folded over and in a rectangle shape. After I opened it, sure enough it had what looks to be bird poop on it maybe from their warehouse. I'm guessing this is why it was originally returned, and once received from first buyer they didn't even open to see what was defective about the product. Rug quality (aside from poop) was OK. I wouldn't spend this amount on their larger products a second time. Let's hope they refund any shipping costs I run into when dropping off at Pakmail to send back. ... show more
