Each handmade rug is unique to the artisan who weaved it.These are not considered defectsBunching, Creases and Folded Corners:You may see some creases and bunching in the pile and around the corners when you unroll your new rug. These waves will flatten within 2 -3 weeks as you begin to use your new rug. Use these tricks to help flatten your rug:Back Rolling: Roll the carpet out, then roll it back up reversely with the backside up. Let it sit rolled up reversely for a day or 2, or until it flattens out.Heavy Objects: Lay a piece of heavy furniture or objects on affected areas for a day or 2, or until it flattens out. If the corners are sticking up, curl them back and place heavy objects on affected areas going the opposite way.Heat: Use this technique as a last resort only. Place the rug over a cleared concrete or area like a driveway or sidewalk setting during dry sunny conditions. Allow the rug to be positioned for optimal sunlight as long as possible to give the rug time to absorb the sun's heat for up to 2 hours, but use more time if needed.Blow Dryer: If a large concrete patch with optimal sunlight is not accessible, flip the rug over and use a hair dryer to affected areas to heat up the creases. Always hold the hair dryer 7 to 12 inches away from the rug going side to side on a medium setting, as heat can sometimes cause backing to melt.

Avoid chemicals such as bleach, ammonia, or detergents with any dyes as it will cause the material to yellow, And darken only Use hydrogen peroxide, water, or free and clear detergents other than that it's a lovely Rug . ... show more

The media could not be loaded. My cat has enjoyed this rug, from the moment I grabbed the plastic wrapped loaf and she excitedly watched me unwrap it, even jumping into the bag once i set it down. And even now, the rug is unsheathed and she won't leave it! She has walked back and fourth about a million times, cleaned herself, and even took a little nappy on it and looked quite cozy whilst doing so. It seems like this will be her preferred surface for a while now, well done! ... show more

This is exactly what I wanted in a zebra runner rug! It’s wool and thick! And the stripes are a softer texture that makes the stripes pops even more in person. I absolutely love it. I run my dyson animal vacuum over it almost daily because I have two dogs and two boys. It’s held up for almost two months now and it still gives me a calm feeling when I walk in my laundry room. Only one corner was kinda rolled up but it flattened within the day. Highly recommend! I would buy more of them if my husband let me I love it that much! (I had another rug I tried so that’s what’s underneath it in the first photo.) ... show more

    • Nice and dense, BUY IT!
I bought two of these and I really like them. I've seen it for a lot more money elsewhere on the internet so this is a great deal. Here are a couple of things to note: The size may not be accurate as although I ordered the same size one was about 4" longer. The color is more ivory and is not snow white. The stripes are silvery cool gray. Don't use the vacuum beater brush on it as it will pull up fibers. My husband won't admit he did this but I'm pretty sure he did lol. He also spilled Dr. Pepper on it right after I got it. It blotted up somewhat from the ivory portion but really sank into the gray area. I had to use a handheld steam cleaner to get it out and it came up for the most part. I'm keeping the rug and selling the husband lol....not really. I recommend buying this! ... show more

VERY LOW QUALITY- Though the rug is pretty, the quality is extremely poor. I’ve had this rug for only a few months, and it does not receive much foot traffic, yet the rug is already falling apart….. the green design loops just comes right out. Awful! Will never buy from this brand/seller again.

This is a beautiful rug for the price! Very high quality. Needed a smaller rug for our bedroom and this is a perfect neutral yet fun addition to the room. The gray stripes are really soft and it's easy to vacuum. Very happy with my purchase.

So I bought this "gray" rug about 6 years ago. I LOVED it. It was thick, soft and a beautiful color. I liked the rug so much that I replaced it a couple weeks ago and ordered the exact same thing (was in a high traffic area, we have pets, etc, it was just time) -- it's simply not the same rug. It isn't as thick, not as soft -- doesn't have that substantial feel under my feet. And the stripe color is awful. It's more of a blue/silvery color than anything. Most definitely not a soft gray. These rugs used to be amazing -- guessing they found a cheaper manufacturer. It used to be the most amazing rug, and it is no more... ... show more
