Absolutely love this rug! I had been looking for a rug for my laundry room and found it on Wayfair. It was perfect but at $65 it was too steep for an area that nobody else sees. Sure enough I looked an Amazon and found it for around the same price. But at the bottom of the ad there was a returned one for $29. I thought “Perfect!” I got it in the mail and it’s exactly what I was looking for. Not too gray, not too black and matches my decor. If you have started looking at the return items/warehouse deals area on Amazon posts you don’t know what you are missing! I have saved a ton by buying from that area. After reading some reviews I was a little hesitant to purchase this rug but I noticed most of the negative reviews were for the much smaller area rugs. I bought the 10x14 rug. It came with just a couple areas of manufacturing defects, but I was able to snip off the fluff with scissors and good to go. For the price point, the look and feel of this rug, it is worth every cent. I have it on a 8x10 rug pad and it does not move or slide. I also have sofa legs on the rug. I wanted to love this rug, but unfortunately I had to return it. The positives: The rug looked great! I loved the look of the braided texture, and the shades of gray, black, and white. I received a lot of compliments on this rug. The negatives: Even with a rug pad underneath, the rug shifted alot. The rug was constantly getting wrinkles in it. The edges would also turn up. One day my 3-year old was running to get a toy off the coffee table, and tripped on the curling edges of the rug. We ended up at urgent care getting stitches. A few days later, I was straightening the wrinkles in the rug and noticed that the stitching had come undone. Keep in mind, I had only owned this rug for about a month and half. I would recommend this rug if it's in a room that is not used often or maybe in an area where is sits on top of carpet. If you have young kids, I wouldn't recommend this rug; or if you are using it in a high traffic area, I would not recommend this rug. ... show more

Terrible rug. We've had it 4 months and are ready to trash it. In the past I've bought outdoor rugs to use inside because kiddos, dogs, and cats tend to ruin regular rugs quickly. I was nervous about the lighter color of this one but figured since it was an "outdoor" rug it would be resistant to stains/discoloration/etc. Anyway I have been using it in our living room and it's a huge pain. I wish we hadn't bought it. I vacuum 2+ times per week and nothing has been spilled onto it or anything but from normal use/walking (we don't even allow shoes in the house) it's already grossly discolored and darkened. Also, it has never laid completely flat and I ended up using double sided tape to tape the edges down because they keep rolling up, plus it wrinkles and pulls up in the middle. The kicker is that it is starting to tear apart. A rug should last more than 4 months without literature falling apart. I'll attach pictures where you can see it's simply falling apart. I would give this 1 star if I could. I don't see how it could possibly hold up as an outdoor rug when it's ruined after 4 months of normal indoor use. I wish I'd gotten any other rug and will be trashing this in a few weeks. I wish I could return it for a refund. ... show more

I have three of these runners! One for the kitchen, hallway, and bathroom. They are AMAZING because although bulky enough to stay in place, they are also light enough to throw in the washing machine! I dropped an overripe tomato on it yesterday, tossed it in the washer, took it out 20 minutes later and since the fibers are synthetic I dried it quickly on the porch. Bought this for a protected balcony, meaning it doesn’t get soaked, but it does get a bit wet after a couple hours of rain. It feels good under bare feet, doesn’t compete with the other colors and patterns in my apartment, and adds natural texture. It did take a day or two to lie flat. After I had it for a couple weeks I realized it was also perfect for my front entry (indoor) because it has a low profile that my front door can clear. So I bought a second one used via Amazon Warehouse, and it was perfect. My only complaint would be those stickers on the underside don’t come off easily. I haven’t spent time working at removing them, because I don’t need to flip the rugs anyway. That’s a tiny concern. Highly recommend. ... show more

I was SO MAD! As soon as my THREE rugs SPLITS at all SEAMS I went to return and missed the return window by 2 days! These rugs are garbage. I thought when I first got them they were very thin, not like my others that lasted 5 years! Then THE SPLITS. GRRRRRR! $75 dollars for 3 mats. BOY I GOT SCREWED. Ruined in less than a month or so. Better than expected based on reviews! Granted, I did wet a kitchen towel iron the rug flat as we were in a timecrunch but it was so with it. Soft and makes the room look more “together.” Doesn’t look like shag (ew) and looks organic and really well made. I definitely recommend this! And so far, my dog hasn’t had any accidents on it like he does with any type of tufted rug. Winning! ... show more
