I bought during the amazon sale. Some of the reviews re: quality mad me nervous but for the price I took a chance anyway. My experience for the- Ivory 8'6" x 11' 6" is- The rug arrived fast, it is soft, and looks just like the pics. True to size and lays flat. The color is a very light cream white with medium grey and medium beige/tan. In the pics my floor is a cool tone grey for reference. If you buy a larger size I would recommend being home when it's delivered. They left it at the front door layed straight out from the door into the yard. I have never seen that before, lol But it would be very obvious for porch pirates ;) The only thing, is for some reason, I expected it to be a chunkier thicker braid. Not a big deal it still looks nice. If you want it to feel thick get a rug pad. I did not as I think its soft enough. I also placed it under my bed so it won't be moving at all. The edges are straight or almost exactly straight. It is handmade. Nothing noticable. No stains. no pulls or snags, It was packaged very well rolled in double layer plastic and cardboard at the ends. The Label is sewn on not pasted on like others have mentioned. I have included pictures to show the quality and width of the braid for those interested. I do have cats. They love it and I have had no pulls from their claws it still looks great! Hope this helps :)

We ordered this in a huge size for our family room to go over hardwood flooring. We layered a cream colored rug with a pattern on top. It’s a great look! The jute is not scratchy on your feet at all. There are some imperfections on the braiding around the edges, but it’s a natural jute rug, and I don’t mind them at all. Lots of style at an affordable price.

I love a durable kitchen rug that also looks good. Most of the thicker rugs are not comfortable to walk on, but this one is easy on bare feet. Vacuums well, stains wipe off easy, and after trimming the loose weaves it’s settled quite nicely. Sometimes the corners will lift or not lay flat so I flip it over for a couple of days it lays back down. I would say I’m pretty particular about my kitchen rugs and I’m happy with this purchase.

These are not perfect rugs, so if you're looking for the master craftsman/machine made style you won't be happy. But they are exactly what I've been looking for. Super soft under bare feet, with all the lovely imperfections that make it look like maybe, just maybe, you've got a really crafty grandmother that made it for you. It brought a whole new level of cozy to my living room, and after a month it is holding up well. Easy to vacuum or spot-clean. Enough variety in the material that you could probably get away with a stain or two if needed. It does shed a bit when unpacked. Surprisingly little new carpet smell. Steaming the corners helped it settle in faster.

I got the natural 6x9 rug for my living room. I have a small living room (12x12) so it’s perfect. I also have a small dog and the rug hasn’t been affected negatively at all. This rug is a great texture and the colors bring nice depth and dimension to the room. There are some very slight imperfections but that is what makes it nice as well and expected with woven like this. This rug is only good for indoor - the weave and jute is not waterproof. Great organic clean look. You can do beach style or farm. … it’s versatile. It feels good to walk on as well. It’s not too thin. There are thicker more expensive rugs like this but this is a perfect for the price. I would buy again.

If you read the reviews carefully you will see many reviewers mentioning that this rug begins to fall apart rather quickly (eg. fibers coming out, tufts from vacuuming, etc.) This is absolutely accurate. Know that if you are buying this rug it will NOT last forever. For me, it was just shy of 1 year before it disintegrated into a million microplastic fibers and I was forced to throw it away. The saddest part was that the fibers stuck to my cats hair, meaning she was licking little up little pieces of plastic. I had to throw it out. The rug is beautiful, soft, and actually works great outside as advertised. I used mine on my small apartment patio. And yes, it got rained on many times, but it never mildewed or molded. I was thrilled with this aspect of the rug. However, the plastic fibers its made out of are actually TINY. That's why any amount of traction will gradually loosen the bond between them, and eventually they all fall apart. I managed to double its life span by flipping it over after 6 months and got another 5 months out of it before trashing it. It felt very wasteful. Though, I loved the rug while it lasted, and the price is very low. So all in all, buyer be ware.

This rug is great. Quality is ok…. It does ravel on the edges and where my pets nails have been on it. We like it anyway. It also sheds on my dogs fur. I had to use a lot of rug tape to get the edges down where it was rolled up.
