My boyfriend and I couldn't decide on a rug to save our lives and when we came across this one on Overstock it was perfect! I even had a just-moved 15% OFF coupon, and for the quality and reviews, I felt the price of $418 was good. Turns out after we ordered it and waited the week to get it, it was out of stock--on Overstock--lol. I was reimbursed and checked to see if NuLOOM brand rugs were on Amazon--and they were! It was even cheaper on Amazon and I got it the next day, which was so awesome because we all know if you can finally agree on something with your partner for your home there is no going back, haha! I love the rug, it ties in my couch and style perfectly; I did get a thick rug pad because it is a thinner rug, so it worked perfectly to add some comfort below our feet on our marble floor. Many of the reviews stated the rug was a different color but never posted any pics of what they actually received. I was truly hesitant to order but I’m so glad I did! What I received is exactly as pictured & I’ve gotten so many compliments on it! It’s just beautiful! It’s certainly not a soft, fluffy rug, but I knew by the material it would be more on the scratchy side. However, it’s still very comfortable to step on in bare feet & the fringe throughout is very soft. I’m really pleased & would absolutely recommend &/or purchase again. ... show more

I ordered this rug in two different sizes - I absolutely love the design however they were quickly returned. 1) These shed - like crazyyyyyyyy! I read several reviews and thought, "how bad can it be?" IT'S BAD!!! So if you like the look of tiny yarn hairs all over your house, this is the rug for you! And no, vacuuming did not help! 2) Rugs are not perfectly square - this will bug those of you with OCD (like me) and let's not talk about the fringe not staying in place 3) Returns are a pain - larger rugs can only be returned to a UPS store or picked up by UPS- there is also a nice service charge for either option. We chose to drop off being the least expensive way (about $30) but even w/ the 8x10 rug- and a printed return label from Amazon, we were told at the UPS store, the item was over the weight limit and they would not return it. (They ultimately did take it back) 4) Print labels for each rug if you return --again trust me - even if the amazon label shows multiple rug returns on one label... the UPS store will not take it! One return label per item! If anyone knows of a rug with a similar design and backing; please comment. I've yet to find anything I like as well as I did this design! THX ... show more

I bought this for a guest room…it’s gorgeous!! Love the hi-lo effect. I didn’t notice any smell like some other reviewers either. I will be ordering another one in a different color for master bedroom. If you’re on the fence about buying..go for it!! Highly recommend

My wife found this as a recommendation from a blogger she follows. Really impressed by how well the rug matched the room. Soft to walk on but you have to adjust the flanges. DO NOT VACCUM WITH A STRONG VACCUM CLEANER. Use a weaker suction unit & don’t use the rollers. Rug will get caught in the rollers. ... show more
