Got this at a discount from Amazon Warehouse and happy with the purchase as it was like new and costs a lot more through other vendors. So, I liked saving money. Another reviewer indicated that they couldn't get all the wrinkles out from the rug. This rug is a little thinner than you may imagine, but I'm happy with it as I didn't want anything think/plush. As for the wrinkles, yes, it may take a bit of time to get them out. I've had the rug for about two weeks, and still see a line/wrinkle in one spot. But, it's not the biggest deal to me and I think it'll flatten out further over time. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. My big dog is a front leg amputee, and has a hard time walking on hard floors. I put a few of these down, and he is much happier. They stay reasonably clean from everyday messes just by running the Roomba every night. Bigger messes can be handled by hosing the rug off our back, then throwing it in the washing machine. If you’re looking to impress the neighbors with your fabulously expensive taste, then nothing in this price point will work for you. The rug from afar and up close looks great. The problem arises once you stand or sit on it. The undersurface is rigid and it makes it very difficult to lie flat, and uncomfortable.
