We really like this rug! I have had it down for about 2 months in a high traffic hallway. The rug took a long time to finally lay flat and not be so bumpy. Actual dimensions 31.5" x 14'1", happy to see it slightly wider than expected. It arrived rolled in plastic, inside a long box. It laid flat right away, except for the very ends which I weighted down for 2 days, then they remained flat. The Amazon pictures show a cream-colored background, but it's actually a very light gray, which I consider a negative because it makes it look slightly dirty. After several days of walking on it, the runner hasn't slid out of place on my hard floor, but I would recommend a non-slip pad underneath. The runner is thin, but retains its shape, no buckling or waviness, and putting a pad underneath would make it feel more plush anyway. The fibers are soft, and the geometric shapes are colorful, yet subdued. ... show more

I bought this rug in grey/off-white for our living room. We have a toddler and I was worried about a “white” rug. This rug is not white. It has more of a warm, very light grey background color. It cleans up easily and well. I do notice some bumps/warps after I use stain remover where the rug is damp. They seem to go away when the spots are fully dry. Let me tell you, this nuLOOM Moroccan Blythe Area Rug is a real piece of work. If you're in the market for a rug that will make you question your taste in interior design, this is the one for you. First of all, let's talk about the size. The 5' x 7'5" dimensions are a bit of a head-scratcher. Who decided that was a good size for a rug? It's too big to fit in a small space, but too small to really make a statement in a larger room. I guess if you have an oddly shaped room that's 5' x 7'5", this rug would be perfect. But for the rest of us, it's just an awkward size. Now let's move on to the design. The Moroccan Blythe pattern is actually quite nice. It's got that trendy boho-chic vibe that everyone seems to be into these days. But the black color? What were they thinking? It's like they took a beautiful design and decided to make it as boring as possible. The black just sucks all the life out of the room. And let's talk about the quality. I've only had this rug for a few months and it's already falling apart. The edges are fraying and the fibers are starting to come loose. I don't know if I just got a defective rug or if this is the norm for nuLOOM rugs, but either way, it's not great. So overall, I'm giving this rug a solid one star.
