I know other reviewers have mentioned that the color of the photos is different than what they received, but I was looking for something with an even mix of warm and cool with a neutral backdrop and this is perfect. There's definitely a periwinkle patten through the design and then a cozy almost ochre color. It was exactly what I was looking for and very comfortable feel. I knew the rug was going to be printed, but in all the pictures in the reviews it looked pretty despite being heavily graphic-ey. Once I opened the package I was already a little skeptical seeing the first glimpse of the heavily graphic printed rug but decided I was going to give it a shot. I unfolded the rug and layed it out and stepped back, and it wasn’t that bad. Up close, horrible, farther back looks great. I took a picture of the rug and loved it. But then decided that for this price I think I’d rather have something that I like better in person than through photos. The one and only thing that I absolutely loved about this rug was the nonslip feature. They get props for actually using a nonslip that actually does what it says. No sliding around. Update: I’ve had the rug for almost 4 months now, and I’ve washed it once. It held up in my washer just fine. I did not dry it. But I have to say, the wear and tear of a high traffic area is too much for this rug. I it’s definitely starting to show signs of wear. But it’s not from the washer it’s from our every day use. I would suggest this for low traffic areas. Or people without kids, lol. But it’s not working for my family. Sadly, I don’t think I will get an entire year out of this this. Original post: I don’t know… maybe I was expecting too much for the low price, but I wasn’t expecting it to look so cheaply printed. When you’re up close (like with in 2 ft or so) you can definitely tell it’s just printed. But from a distance it’s not too noticeable. But with that being said, I am keeping it. I think it looks ok for the price. Also, I don’t think my friends will be inspecting too closely. But it’s a let down for me as I was comparing it to the more expensive name brand washable rug company. If the image quality matters to you, go with the more expensive name brand. ... show more
