The rug is gorgeous, thick, and soft. However, it has been losing some fibers and that’s without me even vacuuming it yet. I’m actually kinda scared to vacuum it. Also, when stepping on it barefoot there are some hard pieces sticking out here and there. At first I thought I dropped something but after investigating I realized it was actually some glue stuck onto some of the tufting that wasn’t secured to the base properly. I was on the fence for a couple months before buying this rug! Then said eff it and bought it as a birthday present for myself and I looove everything about it! It was shipped wrapped in a very thick plastic wrap. No tears or holes or anything that looked suspicious. Originally it was going in the bathroom which I thought would fit even after I measured(got the 3x5 rug), but failed to realize the door couldn’t clear the pile height, so it’s new home is in the living room! I love how colorful it is because it totally goes with my house. I love how fluffy, soft, fuzzy it is! My six cats roll all over it and love to pounce on their toys when they’re buried in the fur. I purchased a 1/4 inch rug pad for underneath it just to give it extra cushion and to protect my wood floors. It’s perfect. I don’t walk around barefoot in my house but I will slip my shoes off and rub my feet and toes through it LOL! I’ve had it a little over a month(paid $75) and maybe a total of 10 fiber hairs have come out through natural wear and tear. Or because the cats are playing on it, but it’s nothing that I’m even remotely worried about. A cat puking on it is more likely to happen than me allowing anyone or myself to walk on it with filthy shoes 🤣🤣🤣, so I’m not worried about it getting dirty at all. I’ll spot clean it if anything happens lol. I shook it out last week and all is well. If you’re on the fence like I was and have prime, do it! You can always return it! ... show more

I LOVE this rug. My daughter said it was like walking on clouds. I love the pattern and the colors. Unfortunately, it kept shedding the long shag pieces and I was afraid it would end up bald. I was also concerned with how I would clean it. So, I’m returning it. Sadly.
