The media could not be loaded. When I ordered this item, it was very simple to interpret the manual and how to operate the machine. Furthermore, the ice maker proved its value for its money by performing efficiently in making ice for a long duration. Literally at the end of the ice making process, there was an abundance of ice considering that the required water to make the ice seemed smaller than its results. So all in all though, this item is a perfect item and fitting for on the go or enjoying outside.

I bought this as a christmas present for my dad, as he loves pebble ice. The entire family really enjoys it, though the amount of ice you get is quite small, and it takes a while to make. Also, the machine can get quite loud.

Re-doing this review as I was sent a new one to replace the faulty one. Super disappointed in this product. I purchased in February and all was well until this week when it started making and awful squealing noise and quit making ice.

This piece of junk stopped operating within a week of purchase. Amazon refused to do anything, the tech department was useless and guess what? If you don’t have the box they are gonna make you pay for a box to return it after you wasted your money on a POS THAT DOES NOT WORK. The vividmoo customer support team is worthless as well. They sent a manual (I guess mine is in the trash with the box) that has a diagram that does not even look like my ice maker and said “check the float”. Well where is the float? What am I checking it for? They sent a video of a lady unpacking and using the ice maker. No technical or diagnostic data what so ever. Ever email “did you watch the video?” My response was “did you?” How is this supposed to help me diagnose the issue with the ice maker. I do not care how long the warranty policy is. If your support team is thick and useless then so is your warranty. So I’m off to purchase a box to send this overpriced paperweight out. Good luck yall if you purchase, hold not your boxes.
