The media could not be loaded. I have tried to order this ice machine. The door does not stay closed there's a gap and is anyone else having this issue? I'm hoping to get an answer before the return date otherwise I'm going to return this one as well. I want to give this five stars if this can be resolved. EDIT: The door securely closes once the ice starts depositing into it. So far I like it. My only gripe is I wish the nuggets were smaller and softer

We loved this machine at first. It's very aesthetically pleasing and is pretty quiet. It stopped working shortly after the Amazon return window closed, but we reached out to the manufacturer and they were extremely helpful. Through a series of emails, they helped us come to a resolution. They sent us a free replacement and did so very quickly. The ice is perfect for "snacking" on, but if you're looking to cool your drink you might want to consider a different option as it melts very quickly. I wanted an ice that I could munch on, so it's perfect for me!

This thing works okay. It has a very small basket and barely makes a glass of ice at a time. I'm past the time to return it so I guess I have to deal with it, but my husband and I can never both have ice at the same time. We have to wait 20 minutes for it to fill up again. Also don't like the buttons in the top because my cat keeps turning it off, but that's a me issue. Next time, I'll get one with the buttons on the front instead.

This is a nice quality ice-maker which make wonderful soft crunchy ice. BUT, it needs to be connected to a water line.

Its ice container is two small! Barely fills 1 1/2 cups of ice . Plus keep having to refill it even though it’s still over half full ! Have had it a little over a week now not worth $200 at all

We have only had this for 3 months and it is already malfunctioning! I clean it once a week and only a few days after doing a cleaning on it the ice smelled horrible like fish. I have cleaned it multiple times and we can't get rid of the smell. What a piece of garbage! Do NOT waste your money.
