I have tried to order this ice machine. The door does not stay closed there's a gap and is anyone else having this issue? I'm hoping to get an answer before the return date otherwise I'm going to return this one as well. I want to give this five stars if this can be resolved. EDIT: The door securely closes once the ice starts depositing into it. So far I like it. My only gripe is I wish the nuggets were smaller and softer

We loved this machine at first. It's very aesthetically pleasing and is pretty quiet. It stopped working shortly after the Amazon return window closed, but we reached out to the manufacturer and they were extremely helpful. Through a series of emails, they helped us come to a resolution. They sent us a free replacement and did so very quickly. The ice is perfect for "snacking" on, but if you're looking to cool your drink you might want to consider a different option as it melts very quickly. I wanted an ice that I could munch on, so it's perfect for me!

I bought this because my daughter has been begging for a nugget ice maker. I regret the purchase immensely. If you do not have it hooked to a direct water source, count on refilling it EVERY time you get a glass of ice. The ice that comes out is very soft and melts quickly. It has to refill twice in order to fill a water bottle. We have had many countertop ice makers and this is the worst by far. I can't believe something I paid twice as much for works less that half as well. I would return if I still had packaging.

Unfortunately, I've had these machine for a little over 4mths and it has died. However, when it did work the ice was wonderful, the amount of ice it made was perfect, and it was quick with replenishing the ice that was used. I cleaned it out 1 day and afterward it died. I'm very disappointed because I was so pleased with this item.

This is a nice quality ice-maker which make wonderful soft crunchy ice. BUT, it needs to be connected to a water line.

It was great while it was making ice, but after 1 month of use it no longer makes any ice. Used to get a tray of ice after 20-30 minutes, but now it it doesnt make any ice at all. For $200 it is not worth it!

I was very disappointed about how small the bin is. Also the ice drops at one spot causing the sensor to think that it is full. I have to constantly stir the ice to level bin. Left unattended it is really good for one good glass of ice. This ice machine is only good for a single person without guests. It works well and fairly fast but not useful for a family of three.
