Sound & Characteristics • Soloistic and powerful with punch • Warm and lyrical Warm & Broad A string • Bright and direct E string • Strong resistance and enhanced projection • Ideal for soloists, professionals and concert performance Product Description: Larsen Il Cannone Violin Strings in Soloist Tension with Warm & Broad A string offer the best of both tonal worlds – power and projection with expressive warmth. Designed to support the needs of professional violinists, this set combines the brightness and clarity of Soloist tension with the round, warm tone of the Warm & Broad A string. The E string is made from unique carbon steel with removable ball end, providing a brilliant and direct tone. The A string has a synthetic core wound with aluminium and delivers an expansive, warm character. The D and G strings are built on synthetic multi-filament cores and wound with pure silver, giving a dark, brilliant edge and tonal balance across all registers. The Soloist tension increases projection and resistance under the bow, perfect for players looking for more volume, control and brilliance without compromising musicality. Combined with the warmth of the W&B A string, this set provides a powerful yet balanced tonal platform for soloists.
