My device stopped connecting to blue tooth after two uses. The Nu Face app won't let you watch the tutorials without a connected device detected. NuFace doesnt respond to support outreach in the app!! By the time i got someone to respond via the corporate website it past the 30 day window and they wouldn't accept a return or exchange. So now i have a $500 device with no access to instruction on how to use it. Stupidly annoying. Hope there's some youtube videos i can find…… ... show more

    • Pairing w IPhone is a No- Go
At this price, the device should work. It will not pair with my IPhone to use the various programs and the “help” is no help. Really disappointed.

Sent back to amazon with all parts and even tracked UPS that showed Amazon received package and still they wouldn’t give me a refund. Even sent back within a week of receipt since the item wouldn’t even turn on! BUYER BEWARE!!!! do not buy these!!!!

For such high price I thought I should be getting quality product! Not this product. It wouldn’t turn on from first time! Such disappointment after waiting for it for a whole week. :( I used another product similar to this but 1/2 price, worked 2 years of everyday use. Terrible new return policy on defective items that make costumer to wait 30 days for a refund after you receive return. Do not waste your money buying this product it stopped working after 6 months and customer support and the sellers won't do anything about it. This product is too expensive to not work after 6 months buy from somewhere more reputable.
