These down alternative pillows feel very close to down. The cover is also soft and appears to be high quality and of good thickness. My only knock is it is advertised as medium firmness but I would say it is soft. It doesn’t take much weight to compress it fully. However, if you prefer a softer pillow this would make an excellent choice. The pillows are shipped compressed in vacuum sealed bags. You need to allow about 24 hours for them to fully expand and take shape.

In the past, I ordered the tiny pillows and the next size up. I loved them. Couldn’t say enough good about them. Perfect in every way. So I ordered the queen size and was so very disappointed. Nothing like the smaller ones. Nothing special about these. I could find better quality at Walmart for less money. So sad.

Ive been using these pillows for a week now and they are an absolute dream. They support my neck while also being really soft. My old pillow was really dead so i like not having to readjust every hour. Overall a really solid choice for a side sleeper like me.

We got these NTBAY brand Set of 2 Down Alternative Pillows to replace our older, flat pillows. We expected them to need time to fluff up after shipping, but leaving them sit for days and throwing them in a warm dryer did little to help. They certainly don't fluff up to what the ad pictures. Although they are comfortable, we do find that we are folding them or bunching them up to get the support we need when sleeping on our sides. They are definitely NOT Medium Firm as the ad claims. While we will probably still use them for a while, these will likely get tossed to the side and used as supplemental pillows in the winter. The price at the time we ordered was $47.99, which is far more than these are worth. Not recommended unless you need a soft and not very supportive pillow.

I'm always on the lookout for a good pillow. I'm a side-sleeper who likes a pillow that is soft - yet supportive... and that's a hard combination. They come compressed into a relatively small box - but will expand to proper size in a day or two after unboxing. At first I thought that they might have too much fill and support - but after a few nights they settled in and I have enjoyed them for the last six weeks. I'm not sure how they will hold up over time - or how they might handle the washing machine - so I'll be sure to come back and update this review as circumstances warrant.

These pillows came with all the air sucked out of their package. There are instructions in the description about fluffing them up. Mine puffed up right away with no weird clumps or anything. The pillows are very soft and nice to sleep on. They are by no means firm, so if you are needing a firm pillow, don't get these. I also like these because they really don't need a cover unless you just want to put one on.
