This is my favorite harness to use for my dog. so much so that I bought another one. Its a bit on the expensive side, but I have a Newfie with very dense, very black fur and this harness is the best one I've found for being visible despite all that hair, which makes it worth it. This harness is waterproof and charges fast. The lights are VERY bright and there are many color choices. My favorite one is the rainbow cycle because it is so attention grabbing and obnoxious. I found a vest for myself that has the same light function. I also love that this harness will remember what color setting you had it on so you don't have to flip through every setting every time you turn it on. I have had people pull to the side of the road while we are on our walks to tell me how much they appreciate how bright the harness is and that it makes my pup so easy to see at night. So, I know that it works very well. I got the large size for my girl and both the tummy strap and the chest strap are fully adjustable, so you always get the perfect fit for your pup. However, I don't like to attach my leash to this harness because this harness doesn't feel secure enough to me to hold a giant dog back if she ever decided to take off on me, I trust her not to of course. But for that reason, I use this harness strictly for visibility purposes. So, if you walk your pup in the dark, I highly recommend this harness for visibility

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bought this because my dog has the survival instincts of a Victorian time traveler wandering into traffic during rush hour. This harness completely solved the visibility problem. Now he looks like a multicolored glow stick evading ICE agents while running to his next rave. The LEDs are insanely bright. I used to lose him in the dark for a few seconds at the park now he looks like a curly radioactive marshmallow moving through the woods with unfinished business. Cars stop immediately. City rats scatter like witnesses. Small children point at him like he’s a Disney side character. Pros: - Visible from space now. - Makes your dog look deeply illegal in at least 7 colors. - Perfect for nighttime walks, public embarrassment, and accidental UFO sightings. - Every insect within a 10-mile radius during the summer immediately joins our journey. - Honestly brighter than most streetlights in my city. - He no longer fears the darkness… the darkness now fears him. - The harness is so bright that when he runs through the woods, it looks like that Simpsons episode where Mr. Burns wanders out glowing like an alien. Cons: - Impossible to maintain dignity while holding a glowing leash attached to what appears to be a sentient canine rave accessory. - People keep asking where the party is. - Neighbors now refer to him as “the friendly neighborhood glow-stick.” - I can now see exactly where he’s committing crimes in the bushes. Final Verdict: If you’ve ever wanted your dog to resemble a multicolored glow stick evading federal detection on the way to an underground EDM festival, this harness is perfect. 10/10 recommend this if your pup attends a lot of raves in his free time. Just hold off on the LSD until the batteries die!

My original of these lasted 10+ years, and just broke. It has an excellent battery. It is well made, in America, and has good customer service. The new model has a more-convenient USB-C charging port. I appreciate the several different color and flash patters. Solid red is good in places with not many light distractions, like dog-park at night. I prefer flashing white in more lit up places and the flashing helps me find my dog from behind trees. It is one of the best lights I can find, although looking directly from the front, it is not good. I recommend either an around-the-neck collar type light, or a small round one that attaches to his collar like a dog-tag. It is the best light, but not the best harness. I left the adjustable harness straps long enough for then Lighthound to go over / on top of the better harness.

Excellent purchase! This harness is easily one of the best out there and definitely worth the higher price. The colors are vibrant, and the LED lights stay bright no matter the time of day. The reflective material is also really noticeable, which I love. The adjustable strap can be a little awkward on a smaller dog, with a bit of extra length that hangs down, but honestly it’s a small thing compared to how great the harness is overall. The battery lasts a long time and gives you plenty of warning before it needs to be charged. Honestly, the best part of strapping on this harness has been all the attention my little buddy gets when we go out! From the first walk, people have been stopping to ask about it and where I got it. I feel like I’ve basically become the neighborhood rep for this brand! Definitely a fun conversation starter with other dog walkers!

I really do like this. The lighting on the vest is great—much more larger and obvious than a blinking collar. We live in a high traffic/bike/runners/walkers area that is density packed with lots of activity. village. You’d think that would give people enough light to see dog walkers. But no. Without any neon or bright lights, you see them at the last second while driving towards uncontrolled crossings. I’ve walked my dog at night and have been seriously startledwhen I realized there was a human five steps in front of me, wearing all black walking their black dog with its black collar and black leash. I even think their poop bags were black (and surely the poo)—point being that it’s soooo hard to see others/dogs at night unless you are nearly on top of them if they don’t wear something to alert others. The vest is well made and gives you plenty of ability to tighten or loosen the fit. With a sheepadoodle in full fur mode in winter vs short coat in summer, this has worked great. The one thing I would NOT want to test with my dog is the clip to hook your leash to. That part doesn’t inspire confidence—so we put on our dog’s walking harness first and this over for the bright lights. Different colors and modes to choose from. Goes pretty long before you need to recharge—I just know that we’ve gotten in tons of walks before the light looked a little dull. Quick recharge and all was well.

This harness is great for night walking. It has different lighting modes to chose from. 1. You choose which color you want and it stays illuminated in that color. 2. It cycles through all through all the colors slowly & seamlessly changing from pink to orange to blue, green, red etc. 3. A fast blink or 4. A slower blink. It’s very easy to choose your preferred setting by simply pressing a button on the back of the harness. A long push turns the lighting feature on & off. Whichever lighting feature you choose is saved until you change it. I use the slow cycling of colors. Any flashing bothers my eyes. The slow glow of the colors changing makes us very visible to motorists. This is the feedback I’ve gotten from people who have stopped to ask about the harness. It charges quickly & stays charged for a long time. Much longer than I expected. It comes with a C type charging cord. I can’t speak to the durability of the harness itself. I use it strictly for the lighting options. I have a 130lb Rottweiler who walks beautifully on leash however if he decided to pull while wearing this I’m not confident that this would securely hold him. I am used to much sturdier materials. The clasp under the belly is a simple plastic clip. My regular harness for him has 4 heavy metal clips. I would not rely on this harness alone for walking. However it’s the absolute best for being visible at night. If you have a smaller or medium size dog I’m confident the harness is sufficient & durable for walking. I tend to need specialized reinforced products for working dogs. For the price I expect most people would want it to function as a walking harness in addition to the lights. However, for me, I can justify the price for the quality of the lights & for the fact that this can be used in any weather. I have used this harness in the pouring rain and wet snow. It performed flawlessly & I have had no issues after it was dried & stored for a few months. It’s easily adjustable & I’m confident if you buy the correct size, it will fit the girth of any dog. I get stopped by drivers all the time who complement the harness.They tell me we are easy to see on the dark roads & ask where I got the harness. I highly recommend this harness over cheaper options which are not as bright, won’t work in wet & don’t have as many lighting options.

What stood out right away is how it manages to be both safety-focused and fun! The light is the perfect balance, bright enough to make sure we are seen, but not so bright that it's distracting or annoying while we walk. We took our first walk with the new gear today, and honestly, I noticed how the cars would slow down sooner because they could see us. That alone made me know this is the right purchase for us. It is so comfortable, I forgot I had it on. The adjustable fit was simple and stayed put on each of us. I love having the option of the different light colors. And the USBC recharge is a huge bonus. As for my dog, he does not mid it at all. It did not interfere with his movement, there was no rubbing or chafing, and the harness stayed perfectly in place. Now that this duo is part of my walking gear, I feel noticeably safer every time we head out in the dark. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a functional, fun light in the dark - runners, walkers, even people waiting at the bus stop. At the end of the day, my safety, and the safety of my walking partner is absolutely why I bought this product. Dog parents: if you're walking at night or early morning, this really is a game changer!
