Description

The innovative features of the Triflex drawing table by Studio Designs make it a unique addition to your office or studio. The inch dual tilt design" adjusts from standard desk top height of 31 inch to a standing desk height of 39.5". the side handles allow you to lock into these positions for your various needs and projects. It also allows the tabletop to tilt up to 22 degrees in the standing position or up to 68 degrees in the sitting position. The near vertical tilt makes it the perfect art table when using art pencils or pastels. The dust and excess residue can effortlessly be wiped to fall on the ground. The ingenious versatility of this table makes it three desks in one. It can be used as a writing, drafting or stand up desk. Light pad support bars (sold separately item 10074) can also be added to make it a light table.

    • Easy to assemble
The reason I chose to go purchase the Triflex Drawing table was because I saw that it was able to be used while sitting down and standing up. As an art student that feature was something I was really looking for because I like to stand and draw. I also really liked the modern design black features with a clear glass stop. It didn’t take long to get in the mail at all. Within 5-7 days I had gotten it and was really pleased with the sender’s customer service. While setting it up I didn’t run into any major difficulties. Everything was pretty easy and I just followed a long with the diagrams. The only thing that I got a little confused on was trying to figure out what leg was the left leg vs. the right leg because there was a slight difference between them. After I figured it out I easily put together the desk and I was able to test it out. This desk is super easy to not only put together by myself but also move by myself. My favorite feature is how the desk top can move from a flat surface to an angled top so that it is more like a drafting table. The versatility of this desk is exactly what I was looking for in a desk in which I wanted to do regular homework and also art projects on. I am super excited to work on this desk once school comes around. This desk is also extremely durable compared to my last one and that was the second factor I was looking at when I went to studio designs catalog. All in all I am very pleased with this product and the setup of it. It exceeded my expectations and I will for sure buy products from them again and recommend this product to others. ... show more

Assembly required focus and care, but it went together nicely the first try. It's a great place to draft and draw, height and angle are so comfortable. Love the glass top and side storage. Honestly not the most beautiful thing I own, but it's sturdy, feels solid, and the function is 100% what I wanted. And it's not bad looking, just not stunning. ... show more

Decently easy to put together. Was packaged well so it wasn't damaged in shipping. Well made and worth the price. The only con I'd say is I wish it could go a bit lower.

    • Great desk/Need for Hands to Build
This desk is standard height and for me that means a bit on the tall side. It is beautiful and was easy to put together. Putting it together took about an hour with my 11 year old doing most the work while I held the pieces. It really needs 4 hands to put it together. I went ahead and bought the light box rails. They were 7-8 bucks. Make sure you put them one before installing the glass. Also the glass smudges easy on the bottom side. Make sure you don't touch the glass where the rails are because you can't clean under the metal rails. I had to take the glass back off to get rid of prints. Because I'm short I want to make a shelf under for my feet. The metal bar in the middle comes down pretty low. So if I wanted more storage under It would be hard to accomplish. Overall I love my new desk. There is plenty of room for my 24 inch monitor as well as my 17.3 inch laptop on a stand. I would think 2 24inch monitors would sit comfortably on it as well. The 10049 light box bars fit this model fine. Even though there are no drawers, the side trays seem to hold everything I need on hand for a normal day of online schooling. ... show more

    • SD STUDIO DESIGNS Triflex Drawing Table...
This drawing table is the jam! I like showing it off to people, and everyone says it is really cool. I bought the black one. It comes with a lot of parts, but don't panic, and just follow the picture diagrams in the ordered steps. I put this together all by myself, and it took me about two hours. I didn't rush it, because I didn't want to mess it up. I attached the legs wrong, the adjustment handles go on the outside of either side of the desk/easel-not on the inside, and you cannot mess up putting this together, because every part goes together with everything else only one way. The desk/easel is heavy when it is packed and put together, however if you are a fairly good size man, you should be able to pick this up by yourself, and put it where you want it to be. However, if you are a woman, you might want to put it on sliders, and just push it into place. And, be careful with the glass top (put it somewhere where you will not step on it and break it while you are putting the desk/easel together, and be careful putting it in place and screwing it down on the desk/easel.) You can either use this as a sitting desk, or as a sitting or standing easel. It is super modern, and a conversation piece. It is off the hook! ... show more

    • Disappointing
The instructions are almost useless. Poorly written. The holes for 4 screws did not align therefore couldn’t install. 2 screws did not connect to anything and just hung loose in the holes. This desk is not high enough for standing and doesn’t adjust as indicated. Very disappointed. I do not have a way to contact the seller and I cannot get back in the box to return. ... show more

The table looks nicer than I expected. My husband built it in about half an hour. I hesitated on buying this table sooner because some Reviews stated that it was unstable. I totally disagree. It’s a very stable.

I really like the table and have no regrets purchasing it but don't believe that it only takes a 1/2 an hour to assemble. I started by myself at around 7 PM and was still working on it till 1030 without having finished the final page of install which is the glass.Subtract the half an hour from that because I did make a mistake and had to undo and redo this one part at the beginning. The instructions are pretty easy with the exception of a few little tips that could have been shared. ... show more
