Description

Magnesium glycinate utilizes magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine, which facilitates intestinal absorption. Magnesium is a mineral that is critical for energy production and metabolism, muscle contraction, nerve impulse transmission, and bone mineralization. They're good for the calming sleep effect, but don't seem to be as effective for the leg/feet cramps as other varieties, which was why I started on magnesium.

I tend not to sleep well and both my doctor and dietician recommended I try this. (My dietician recommended this brand specifically) I was very skeptical about the idea of a supplement helping me sleep. But, I am happy to say, it actually works. Product arrived fine —— I just don’t like how this made me feel. It did knock me out at night but I had the worst vivid nightmares.. so felt like I didn’t sleep at all. Maybe I’ll try it again in a few weeks.
