After looking in furniture and department stores, we purchased this day bed for my daughter who moved into an apartment she shared with roommates. She wanted to have a bed that could also function as a couch when she watched TV in her room. This bed comes in two options, one with drawers or one with a trundle. We purchased the trundle. The bed is in a 10 foot box and quite heavy. We took the pieces out of the box and brought them to the room. It was easy to assemble and took about 1.5 hours. Good quality for the money. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Extra hardware was provided. The couch arrived in perfect condition. The grey material is beautiful and linen-like, comfortable to the touch. The tufting adds some elegance to the room. The trundle rolls out easily; however, she ended up putting plastic bins and uses it as storage. If a mattress is placed inside, it can only take a 6" mattress. Anything more will not fit. It would be nicer if they allowed for more modern sized mattresses. The other con to this couch is that a 6" mattress would fit the daybed best. Since most spring mattresses are at least 8", the top of our mattress is almost at the same level as the arms of the couch. This is one of the best daybeds that I have found -- sturdy, easy to assemble, beautiful material and styling, and a great price!

This gray fabric daybed with trundle is really pretty. It went together well - all the holes lined up so the bolts and screws went in easily. The instructions were clear (which is a minor miracle for these things) and all parts and spare parts were in the package. It looks like good quality. The only drawback was when the box was delivered, there was a gash in the side of the cardboard box, and the lining was torn, but it is in a spot that will be covered by the mattress, though we did use some extra strength black tape to bring the edges together. Really enhances the kids' playroom. We haven't gotten the mattresses on yet - just put it together today - but it seems sturdy and I hope will hold up well. I expect it to, so I do so far highly recommend this product.

Just got these and added the assembly option because there is no way I could’ve assembled myself! But so far looks good, easy to move around the room , the trundle can be pulled out completely and separately stand on its own in another part of the room or used as storage underneath as an option. They’re a good size and seem sturdy, which is a relief as I got these for teen boys who tower over me already! I ordered two and the 2 person crew who came to assemble, took about an hour to set up both beds so I think that speaks to the assembly and instructions. The boys love the beds, which didn’t take up as much room as I thought they did! So, as of now I am satisfied with the product.

I was impressed with the quality of this piece. The instructions were easy to follow, no missing pieces, and no mistakes in the construction. Every hole was well drilled and right where it was supposed to be. It seems solid. It is a paler pink than I thought it would be, but I am so glad it isn’t an obnoxious pink. It is worth the money. The trundle only fits an 8 inch mattress at the most and probably a 6 inch would be better. It is sturdy which was a concern, and it is comfortable because it is so sturdy. The finished look is exactly like the pictures. It arrived in less time than it was scheduled. I am very happy with this purchase.

I have put together ALOT of furniture in my life, this by far was the easiest. The directions for this are a dream to follow, never I have had such excellent instructions. The pieces matched up nicely, so there was no wrangling to make things line up or fit. Now that it is together it is a very solid sturdy piece of furniture. I highly recommend this piece of furniture. I used this for a kids play/sleep room for when the Grandkids stay the night.

Love this bed!! Let me begin with delivery; the box is heavy so expect some bumps and bruises. Nothing was damaged and all parts were included. Assembly took roughly 1.5 hours, the directions were in bound paper format and easy to understand and read. You MUST follow directions especially when you begin installing the slats. You don't want to miss the important step of the slats being curved (for a reason) and the 'Y' connector. If you make a mistake, you will damage the connector and you have limited extra parts. The slats and connectors seem loose, however, are for good reason. The curve must be arc up so when you place the mattress they expand. That is also why they are loose, to expand and contract. The bed is sturdy, the fabric is lovely. If you are worried about stains with children, simply spray with scotch guard. The bed fits an 8 inch mattress nicely, however, the trundle will be snug. We placed a one inch wood block under main bed legs to add additional space for the trundle because we wanted an 8 inch mattress vs 6 inch on the trundle. It also allows for a blanket to stored more easily. Overall, this bed is beautiful!

I really wanted to love this bed. Instead I just like it. The assembly wasn't difficult. Once put together it was pretty nice. It was purchased for my spared bedroom. I had a teenager come live with me for about 6 months, and he slept on this bed. The trundle came in handy when friends or family would stay over. My only problem is that the support boards didn't last long. I don't know if it was weak boards or teenager or a mix of both. This young man was only about 120 pounds, so I know it wasn't a weight issue. The bottom side of the mattress I put on the bed is torn up from daily use on this bed. Not just where the broken boards are, but anywhere weight was put on the bed where the mattress lays on the boards. I don't have spare pieces, so I will be purchasing a piece of plywood to lay down for support.
