    • Cute, Sturdy, Affordable, but bottom frame can’t be taken out once assembled
We had this bed frame for a year now. We love the brush pink color, which is very romantic for the master bedroom. As some previous reviewers mentioned, the plastic parts that hold the slacks are locked into the metal frame and CAN NOT be taken out easily. Which means if you are planning to move, the plastic holders will break if you forced them out of the metal holes, aka you will not able to reuse this bed frame if you want to move. BUT, I do think you can just move the whole bottom metal frame (with the slacks on), if your doorway is big/long enough to take it out of the door. I saw this bed frame on Macy’s and this company’s official website for more than here at Amazon (I paid $400). So overall, I think this is a good deal. I would still recommend to anyone who is looking for a sturdy and cute bed frame in a affordable price! ... show more

    • Amazing quality!.....Gorgeous Bed!
I love this bed. I have been wanting to leave feedback for sometime but am just getting around to it now. I follow the Novogratz on Facebook and saw this after they posted the link. It was just at the time my husband and I were SO over our old headboard and foot board bulky bed. We wanted something streamlined and sleek and this bed is that! We love the Mid-Century Morden decor ....but our bank account doesn't. I highly recommend this if you're in the same boat! I do want to mention it is not a TRUE grey color it is more of a taupe/grey.... warmer.... I was not disappointed but I do feel that was something that needs to be said. As far as the mattress we purchased one at Ikea (nothing fancy10-11 inches thick) and we did not use a box spring/base, it is just the mattress on the platform slats and it works perfectly. Also, Amazon had it cheaper than hay needle or overstock.... We highly recommend this bed... ... show more

Queen size bed frame , it came in a rather large box that was sort of heavy . It was packaged well . I was a little surprised that the grey was as dark as it was but it's fine I was just picturing it to be a lighter shade of grey it's definitely on the dark side of grey . It took about 1 1/2 hours to put the entire bed together . It came with all the necessary tools and equipment as well as extra bolts for the just in case matters . The direction were pretty specific . It said it needed two to three people to put together , I put it together on my own ( small adult female 120 lbs 5'2 ) with the help of my two year old which isn't exactly a helping hand . I would say the hardest part was getting the middle beam in place and getting all the screws in I struggled with that particular part the rest was pretty simple . Follow the directions and pay close attention to the details in the illustrations and it's really easy . I thought that the head board was rather small compared to what the picture made it out to be . All in all I'm pretty satisfied with the frame ! It puts my 12' mattress just as high as I wanted it 👍 . I would definitely recommend . ... show more

I would dock Amazon a point for the last minute delivery change, but after a reschedule the bed was delivered and securely packaged. Putting it together was super simple. The instructions were pretty clear, but I've put together a lot of furniture. I might not be the greatest judgment on the side of instruction clarity. There were extra screws that was super helpful.     • Be careful warranty is a joke!
I purchased this queen bed for my 10 year old along with a brand new mattress. I started noticing a dent in the middle of the mattress which then led me to look under the bed and the middle part is cracked in half. When I called warranty they said that part is out of stock and I could not even replace it. I asked when they would expect a shipment and they didn’t even have not one container with the replacement. So what is the purpose of warranty and there is no “warranty” guaranteed. I did love the look but honestly it’s just the looks maybe if you don’t sleep on it on a daily basis. Now I have to buy a whole new frame AND mattress. ... show more

the box was pretty beat up when it arrived on my doorstep but the frame was perfectly intact, largely because of how well it was packaged! every fabric covered piece was wrapped individually and well secured. I was able to put together the frame alone in about an hour and half. all pieces were included and in good working order. the hardware seemed of good quality and the headboard itself is really pretty. understated but nice fabric, looks of much higher quality than $200 would buy. my only complaint is that a few of the plastic pieces that secure the slats to the frame wouldn't snap into the holes on the frame properly. I have a memory foam mattress on the slats and they seem to be doing just fine for support so far. overall a really good quality frame for the price. it's gorgeous too!bwill update this review in a month or two after a little wear and tear. ... show more

This bed only lasted 2 years and was lightly used at most. The middle support is so cheap that it warped and is unable to be reattached. The feet on the bed also attach with the same cheap pieces so they have fallen off. Yes, it’s a pretty bed but it’s a piece of garbage.

I Bought a twin and full size bed for my 4 and 9 year old after remodeling there room and installing wood flooring. After looking over the directions I can say that after 3 hours I assembled both beds and even had time to unroll the new memory foam mattresses I had ordered from Ashleys. I like the design and feel of the beds although I was very careful with all the parts when I put them together as the composite wood and fabric do have a light and fragile touch to them. But after I had the beds put together they do feel sturdy. I laid in each one and they held up to my expectations "for now". I will update my review in a few months after the wear and tear from 2 very, very active boys and then we will see of I feel the same, but for now I could not be more happier with my choice. ... show more
