I bought this to replace an old futon we inherited from our son when he moved away. It's infinitely more comfortable and better looking. It was fairly easy for me to put it together by myself, despite being a little heavy. I needed a futon to use as a couch in our office/media room that could double as an occasional guest bed. I have never been one to fall asleep in my chair or on the sofa, but I've "briefly" laid down on this futon a couple times now and fallen fast asleep. I haven't actually converted the futon to a bed yet, but I imagine it would be even more comfortable. I would highly recommend this futon for any room. ... show more

For the price, it’s a very cute couch that can double as a not super comfortable fold out bed. We wanted something pink for a retail environment and didn’t have a lot of options. Inside of a year or some of the trim started peeling away and I was able to mend with upholstery staples or glue. Giving it four stars because the company was difficult to deal with when somehow I ordered three on Amazon prime day. I caught it within 10 minutes and they claimed the order had already shipped even though it took three weeks to arrive.     • Doesn’t hold up under regular use
My couch came on time and took about 45 minutes for two adults to assemble. It was easy and the instructions were clear. The finished product is a firm, attractive, and not at all durable couch. Also, the box it arrived in was damaged, and the couch was dirty in one spot because of it, but it cleaned up fairly well. I’ve had this for a month, and it’s already broken. The wood that supports the reclining mechanisms has broken on one of the back cushions, and the staples holding the fabric in place have come out in the same spot. The seat backs no longer sit up at the same angle because of this. One of the tufting buttons has come loose, and the fabric on the seats is already starting to look stretched out and saggy. If you’re looking for a couch to stick in a guest room and not regularly use, this is stylish and inexpensive, but if you’re looking for something you’re going to use every day, this is not going to hold up well. Also, be advised that if you order it in ivory, the picture it shows is a lot more golden than the actual couch, which looks almost white. ... show more

This couch looks pretty, and it was comfortable to sleep on the first few months (futon mode). However past a year, you'll get up with a back pain if you happen to sleep on it. You can feel the structure of the couch on your back when you lay down. I don't recommend this product.

It look nice but not for a real Home! It is not the sofa bed or the sofa if you are looking for something comfy, HOMY and comfortable to lay on it and watch tv, or read your book, or work on your laptop while you watch tv .... not this one:-(. However if you want it for a guests room or a room in representation go for it, it is great look quiet uncomfortable but who care for a little time. If it have been easy to sent it back I would have done it!!!! And buy another one even more expensive.HO YES I WOULD HAVE DONE IT RIGHT AWAY! Very handsome sofa. It is firm, but not unpleasant. Easy to put together. Delivery could not be better with the the room of choice option. Wonderful all around. It does easily convert to a bed. Too easily as a matter of fact. The back is quite easy to position after putting it together because it stopped locking. This problem is not to big a deal and easily fixable with use of a wall so I am not too disappointed with it. It started locking again on its own afterwards.
