So, this is the first mattress I've ever bought online and glad I did! I've recently had back pains from previous mattress. It's comfortable and no lower back pain anymore! I've also never bought a medium soft bed but I don't think it's hard like some reviews state. Awesome buy would recommend!!

I bought a twin xl 10" and it's exactly as described. Medium-firm. Arrived on time. It only took about 24 hours to "plump up" but I gave it an additional day before using. Very impressed with this mattress so far. No odd smell as some other reviewers mentioned. It properly dissipates my body heat and provides good, firm support while the top layer offers soft comfort. We bought this bed in July 2023, based on the reviews, we were very excited and looking forward to trying this bed. I can tell you that unfortunately the description for this bed is highly inaccurate. We ordered medium plush and this is definitely a very firm bed. I will say the mattress did rise to the 12 inches and the overall quality of the bed is excellent. The only reason I am giving three stars is because the company had excellent customer service. I always wanted a memory foam mattress, the problem was finding one that was perfect for me. I did research after research and was very skeptical about ordering one online especially after reading various reviews. I came across this one and was very surprised with the price compared to others but I decided to ordered it. In my mind I was thinking, what if I’m not pleased, how do you package it back up to return it? Lo and Below, this memory foam mattress was everything that the positive reviews said it was. I was very eager to test it out but I waited about 65+ hours before I slept on although it was almost fully expanded within 30 hours. The mattress is comfortable, conforms to your body and it has cooling features for those night sweaters. I’m simple terminology, I slept like the Queen I Am. I would highly recommend. Con: I ordered a 12 inch mattress but it never fully expanded to 12 inches. It expanded to 11 1/2. Yes , I measured several times.
