I have never wrote a review for Amazon purchases losing about I would say 95% of the time Amazon has hit on point with my orders and I’ve been a satisfied customer shopping with Amazon I would just like to ask I’m not gonna pay for this this is an honest review now let’s get to it the mattress that I purchased this is my third mattress that I’ve ever purchased before in my life as an adult I was used to sleeping on the floor for a while cause I have someWith Bed bugs in past Out of all the mattresses that I purchased our slept on this matches is by far the best mattress that I’ve ever purchased our every stoplight in my life literally I read some of the reviews and some of the complaints people probably wasn’t pacific with the order you have to get the order right I ordered a queen 12 inch there’s other sizes some people said they got a 10 maybe that’s what they ordered because you have to be pacific I ordered a queen mattress when you order stuff online you have to be pacific for obvious reasons because you’re not in person purchasing it immediately when I open the mattress and started to expand people were saying that it didn’t expand it took a long time for me that was not the case and it has a smell to it I almost canceled my order because of that when I got the mattress there was no smell it says that that has a smell when you look into them and read the warning for it but for my mattress I had no problems with the lever I still kept the plastic on it because that’s how you keep it deserved and I do have a mattress protector over it just in case I have bills or any type of accidents that are liquid deserve the mattress for a long time but this mattress feels good to me and my partner he is satisfied and so am I if you’re looking to buy a mattress I will highly recommend you get this mattress and on top of that it was affordable and I’m able to get really good sleep it doesn’t hurt my back

I love it! Since I've gotten it my back pain hasn't been near has bad as it use to be! I bought my son the twin and after laying on it I had to get the king! Best sleep for the price!!

This is my first foam mattress so I have nothing to compare it to, however it is super comfortable. I've had it for a almost a week now and no problems so far. The only issue is the zippered cover is "off track" at the top left corner so its coming open about 3 inches. I've tried to unzip it to get it "back on track" but I can't get the zipper to move. Not sure how to remedy this, hopefully it won't come undone any further over time. Other than that I am extremely satisfied! It came to full size very quickly after I got all the plastic rolled off of it. It wasn't quite 12 inches, but I don't think any of these foam mattresses come to their full quoted size from all reviews I've read on many mattresses.

The first time I ordered a Novilla 10 Inch King Mattress, I received a very defective unit. I have owned over a dozen memory foam mattresses, so I could tell right away that this one was defective. Still, I waited the full 72 hours to give it time to take its shape. Unfortunately, it did not. It was warped at all four corners, one half of the mattress was an inch shorter than the rest, the top was rippled oddly on one side, and the thickest portion of this "10 inch" mattress only got to about 8.5 inches. Side note: this was during the heat of summer in Florida. Reached out to customer service. They tried to make me return it. I said there's no way to stick this mattress back into a tiny box, and I commented that it seemed unusual they would spend so much money shipping a defective product back to them. They said it's okay, a driver would come pick up the mattress at no cost to me, and they had me complete a return form. Then I received a message that return delivery services for mattresses were not available in my area. So I reached out to customer service again and they said it's okay, I could dispose of the mattress and a replacement was on its way. No charge. I waited two weeks. The replacement finally arrived! I opened it up only to realize it was the wrong size. It was clearly a Queen mattress - and this one was also defective!! I had to repeat the entire scenario I detailed above, but instead asked for a refund as I was tired of the entire ordeal. Used the refund to order a different mattress entirely. I'm not sure what's going on with Novilla's quality control, but there is clearly an issue there.

Got this for my toddler who is switching from a toddler bed to a twin bed and it is super comfy. She seems to sleep really well on it. When I lay in it feels really good in my bed and I’m currently 37 weeks pregnant. It is a really good bed for the price and love the memory foam but yet has a firm feel to it. It did have an order but I looked into it and it’s normal for the brand just keep it in a well vented area till it expands fully.

This is the most comfortable mattress. It is soft like I want it. It expanded to 12 inches the same day. If you want firm this is not for you. I am a side sleeper and this is perfect. I cannot believe for this low price I got a durable mattress.
