This is a fantastic basketball goal for the pool! I have had other basketball goal goals to use in my pool and this far surpasses them all. I love the larger size of this basketball goal. It is made well and I think it looks really good in person. This goal took my mechanically-inclined husband about 30 minutes to put together. The instructions are not great, but they do provide some pictures. The instructions recommend that you have two people and expect it to take 45 minutes to put together. One of the things I like about this goal is the larger size and the height. This goal has a screw in the back that will help you adjust the height from 3 feet all the way up to 4 feet tall. This is great for taller kids or teenagers in a pool that need more of a challenge than using a small goal. I will note that you do need a wrench and an extra person to help hold the goal in place while changing the height. This goal comes with a decent basketball that is a little thicker and more the size of a small, real basketball than most other lightweight inflatable pool balls. This is great for gameplay with teens and adults. Overall, I’m super happy with this goal and now that my kids have turned into teenagers they will have much more fun with this goal in our pool than our previous smaller versions. I definitely recommend this for teens who like to play ball!

Set this up by the pool and it’s been a blast every weekend. Super sturdy, even with everyone dunking on it. The height adjustment is easy and the ball it comes with is actually decent. Whole fam’s been loving it.

This basketball hoop set for a pool has blown me away! It is an amazing value given the extremely well-made and durable build quality. It was very easy to assembly. We placed it next to my parents' in-ground pool. Everyone really enjoys playing with it. It's a great size that is very durable; so, the kids will be playing with this for years to come. They seem to want to go into the pool to play basketball now rather than just get into the pool. That is how much fun they are having! It's a great find that will provide years of fun for kids and adults alike!

After putting the entire hoop and base together I was filling the base with water when noted tears and a large hole in the bottom of the base after all the water started running out. I have requested a replacement. However, I'm not dismantling the entire thing and repackaging it back in the box to return it. I only want/need the base. If I receive my replacement, I will will change my review when it's received. Other than the multiple holes in the bottom, It's a nice basketball hoop for our pool. It will be sturdy once water doesn't come pouring out of the base.

the base is a bit too small to offer serious counterbalance for the weight of the backboard and rim. if you barely touch it it can fall forward. also the instructions suck. you have to completely figure it out on on your own. i’m pretty good with things like this but i could see some people really having trouble with it.

Very nice! In preparing for the summer festivities, I was tasked to find some new equipment for camping and hanging out with the fam. After searching and comparing different options, I found this one made by DEBERG store. Based on the visuals of the basketball pool hoop- this looked like something the entire family could participate in. Therefore, I went ahead and ordered this to give it a try out. Now that I have this home, and was able to test out at the in-laws, I will say that this has definitely impressed me. Very professionally crafted- I find that the designer opted to use premium grade materials, which leads me to believe the longevity of this shall be good. *Special features to mention: -Swimming Pool Basketball Hoop System -Height adjustable -Portable - simple to carry and transport - take the fun with ya! -Shatterproof Backboard -Stainless steel rim/backboard -Air pump and Ball are included All in all, I find that the designer "DEBERG" did an outstanding job with this swimming pool set. This will surely get a ton of use over the summer. For the price point, I do find that it is justified due to the fact that they opted to use highly durable and functional materials.
