Edit: I received the replacement. However, I wasn't able to dismantle the hoop because it had rained a couple of times and the blots had already rusted! I had my highschool age boys even try to take it apart. The replacement is fine. Overall, it's a good basketball hoop for the swimming pool and can withstand a bunch of senior highschool football players playing basketball in the pool. After putting the entire hoop and base together I was filling the base with water when noted tears and a large hole in the bottom of the base after all the water started running out. I have requested a replacement. However, I'm not dismantling the entire thing and repackaging it back in the box to return it. I only want/need the base. If I receive my replacement, I will will change my review when it's received. Other than the multiple holes in the bottom, It's a nice basketball hoop for our pool. It will be sturdy once water doesn't come pouring out of the base.

Man, what can I say about this pool hoop. This thing is built, sturdy and kid tough. This literally comes with everything you need. Super straightforward to build with no issues putting it together. The size feels like its a genuine size hoop(pool standards). This is been one of the funniest additional to the pool. It stands up to dunking on it and the rim bounce back is perfect. If you get this, you will not be disappointed definitely recommend.

This is a fantastic basketball goal for the pool! I have had other basketball goal goals to use in my pool and this far surpasses them all. I love the larger size of this basketball goal. It is made well and I think it looks really good in person. This goal took my mechanically-inclined husband about 30 minutes to put together. The instructions are not great, but they do provide some pictures. The instructions recommend that you have two people and expect it to take 45 minutes to put together. One of the things I like about this goal is the larger size and the height. This goal has a screw in the back that will help you adjust the height from 3 feet all the way up to 4 feet tall. This is great for taller kids or teenagers in a pool that need more of a challenge than using a small goal. I will note that you do need a wrench and an extra person to help hold the goal in place while changing the height. This goal comes with a decent basketball that is a little thicker and more the size of a small, real basketball than most other lightweight inflatable pool balls. This is great for gameplay with teens and adults. Overall, I’m super happy with this goal and now that my kids have turned into teenagers they will have much more fun with this goal in our pool than our previous smaller versions. I definitely recommend this for teens who like to play ball!

This basketball hoop set for a pool has blown me away! It is an amazing value given the extremely well-made and durable build quality. It was very easy to assembly. We placed it next to my parents' in-ground pool. Everyone really enjoys playing with it. It's a great size that is very durable; so, the kids will be playing with this for years to come. They seem to want to go into the pool to play basketball now rather than just get into the pool. That is how much fun they are having! It's a great find that will provide years of fun for kids and adults alike!

We had gotten a few other pool basketball goals last year but we had a huge storm around here and we forgot to put them away so they got all blown around and smashed up so I was looking for a new one with the upcoming pool season and I stumbled across this one. This came very well packed and secured with all the correct pieces and parts. Nothing was missing or damaged from delivery and everything was exactly as described. This had all the hardware that it was supposed to have and the directions were easy to read for assembly. It did not take my husband and his buddy that long to get it fully assembled. They said it was pretty simple and straightforward if you follow the instructions. Once it's all put together this is super heavy duty and very durable. It does not sway around whatsoever and everything is perfectly as described in the ad. This even comes with a pump for the ball and you can get it all pumped up and ready to use. This will not easily fall over and I can tell that this will easily stay put for the whole season. We already got it out set up around the pool area and ready to put on the side once we get everything opened up. My husband and his buddy have already used this to play ball just goofing around and they were very pleased with it. Everything works great and the ball easily shoots into the goal if you aim it right lol. Super impressed with the quality and the craftsmanship and if you are thinking about it we would 100% recommend! It's super nice and definitely worth every penny! Solid 10 out of 10 great quality product
