My package did not come with an instruction manual so I used the video from the product listing on Amazon. My product differed in that I had 10 different types of components in my plastic bag whereas theirs only had 9 types. See my attached photos. Moreover, one of their types was completely different from what I had. Overall I was able to put together the bed frame and it looks great, but I had to unscrew the metal plate off the components labeled “J” to make everything fit nicely. Plus, I don’t understand the point of those metal plates because they would make my bed have an elevated point in the middle. Lastly, I personally think the design could be improved. I have installed previous bed frames without headboards that did not require me to add in that many screws. For example, I think the screws on the component labeled B were unnecessary because they already hook onto A3 and A4 with the wooden slabs. The fit is so tight that there’s no way B could break off, and even if it did magically break off because of divine intervention, the bed frame would still hold just fine. I also think all the bolts securing G were unnecessary. I have seen two bed frames that did not provide any holes for securing G. Of course, it’s up to the installer whether they would like to take the extra time to secure G and B but I feel like this company could save money and time by omitting the holes for G and B and redirect their energy into giving me the right assembly kit matching their video and also an instruction manual. They could also take off those pointless metal plates off J that I had to manually remove myself.

The headboard and foot board and over all frame is nice real wood, solid feeling. The support beams for the mattress are a bit on the flimsy side. The bed itself is sturdy perfect for a child. The color is a nice natural wood. It was delivered with all its parts and was fairly simple to assemble. Over all about 1.5-2 hours from start to finish. I gave it a four star only because it doesn’t seem like it could hold the capacity of a teenager or larger than a child. So the duration of use may not be forever. We are satisfied and love the look of the bed. We will use it most likely for the next 10 years or so.
