Just wanted a better sleep experience. I have had this Novilla Queen memory foam mattress just over a week now. I am absolutely thrilled with this purchase. This was to replace an 8 year old Sealy Posturepedic. This mattress is not as firm as my old traditional Sealy mattress but I find myself waking up in the same position I fell asleep in which in my opinion means I was comfortable. I have been waking up refreshed and not tired at all so I know that I made the right choice. My mattress came rolled, condensed and wrapped in a box. Had very little smell at all. Almost smelled like the new car smell. Didnt even notice it after I woke up 1st night on it. I allowed it to sit and expand on my old box spring which I thought was fine at the time, we will get into that in a minute. I only let it expand 24 hours before sleeping on it. What I did notice is I felt a slight dip (& I mean slight) in the middle where I sleep whereas I am the only one on it at the moment. Nothing that affected my sleep pattern but I did some research with other brands of memory foam mattresses that suggested not to use a "spring fitted" box spring which is what I have. (some are built solid with no springs or give). I decided to throw 1/2" inch plywood in between mattress & box spring which totally fixed the problem. The dip feeling was being caused by the box spring not the mattress. The directions say you can use box springs, wooden slats or a solid platform. I have put a full size carpenters level on the mattress now to see if the dip is there, premature wear or if the mattress is not level in some spots. Comes out perfect every time. The only negative I have found online using a solid platform or in my case a piece of plywood, it does not give the mattress breathability. I do get warm when I sleep and I do not notice any heat being thrown back from the memory foam as some people do complain with these types of mattresses. I do see the zipper and a label that says removable. I have not done it myself yet but a good option. There are other brand mattresses like this one close in price that I looked at that had complaints of removing mattress cover and exposing their home to dangerous fiberglass dust. Later, they found a tag somewhere on the mattress that said " do not remove". Glad this does not have that problem. This mattress is so much cheaper than those very expensive ones you see on TV. I took the chance and I'm glad I did and save some money. I Hope to get many years of use out of it. Just an additional tip. Don't know how Amazon feels about endorsing other brand products so I won't mention the name but that pillow guy on TV! Always thought it was a gimmick. I orded a set anyway. That was the icing on the cake to add to this new sleep system of mine. Just a suggestion, get the extra firm blue label not the flimsy standard ones. This completed it for me. Good night sleep every night.

The media could not be loaded. I was very skeptical about ordering a mattress in a box, but after reading reviews on many different brands and styles I decided to go for it! I went with this one after reading through hundreds of reviews and I have no regrets! This video was taken less than 24 hours after I opened the box. It is still inflating in the corners but since I have done my research I know that it’s normal! It was super easy to open up and set up! You just unroll it and carefully unwrap it and let it do its thing! The mattress cover that comes with it is super soft, the mattress itself is heavy duty but not too heavy to where you can’t move it. I can easily pick it up on its side to move it around and I’m 5’1 and 126lb. There is absolutely zero smell. Which honestly I’m a little surprised about! I assumed there would be a new plastic smell but it literally smells like NOTHING! I haven’t slept on it yet but I have laid on it and I already love the way it forms to my body while also providing support. I have had back issues for 16 years so I am very excited about this! I can already tell that it’s going to be a game changer! 10/10 recommend!

I HAD ABSOLUTELY NO HOPE FOR ORDERING A MATTRESS ONLINE. But I was so surprised by Amazon and by this mattress. I’ve been using it 3 weeks and my only complaint is that I wish it was firmer. It is a great height and the mattress feels thick and firm. The quality of the mattress feels high end although I paid a midrange price. I don’t think it retains heat but it is winter so i won’t be entirely sure until summer comes. When my partner moves, the movement is isolated and it does not bother me at all. This mattress came in a box and the delivery was so fast. It made it so easy to move upstairs and there was no smell upon unboxing. I allowed 24 hours before sleeping on it, and the mattress is great. Definitely a medium firm feel. I would recommend this mattress to others that are seeking a good price that won’t break the bank but want a good quality. I got a king and it’s perfect for my partner and I and my 2 cats.

It may be a bit soft for me when I first use it, but after using it for a day or two, you will find that it is obviously elastic, but when you lie down, you will feel like you are lying on a cloud. Comfortable, but it can effectively support you and your body. For me, this size of mattress is just right, not too big or too small. The seller was very careful to compress the mattress when shipping, but I just got the mattress and it has not been dismantled.
