I have a full size box and mattress in my small extra room. The previous wooden bed frame broke, so I never bought another bed frame because I was afraid of the weight and moving trouble. I accidentally found this bed frame. It seems light and easy to move, so I bought it. This bed frame is easy to install, and much lighter than the wooden one. The frame came with tools for assembly. A small part may need attention but the instruction is detailed. Once installed, there is no need for a bed box. It's very comfortable to sleep on without the box. So I threw away my old and half-broken bed box. The room looks much better now. I can also put luggage and items under the bed frame to save space, and so is my guest. Got a Full Size and our Full Size mattress seems slightly smaller than the frame, so watch your shins! Because of this the mattress pushed against one of the end bars and pops it out occasionally. Its not a big deal and its easy to pop back in. Doesnt affect stability or comfort since its at the very end. Wasn't too much of a hassle to assemble by myself. We were looking to replace our old wood ikea bed frame for something we wouldn’t have to try to repair for the creeks it would make when we moved. After breaking acouple of the wooden support we decided to go with an all meal frame. When the box came I was able to assemble the bed by myself within 30min while my wife had our newborn. It came with an instruction manual that made it easy to read screws and a L tool for the screws. After assembling it we saw we had more room under the bed as the previous frame. The metal support bars are strong enough to have just our memory foam mattress. The bed did sit acouple inches higher which is what we wanted. So far the bed hasn’t made any noises since I built it.
