I’ll admit it: I was not a believer in buying a mattress online. Sure, lots of people swear by them, but this was one purchase I wanted to see, feel, and try out in person. I decided to give it a shot, though, and I am SO glad I did. The Novilla 14-Inch King Memory Foam Mattress is one of the best purchases for my sleep that I’ve made in a long time. It arrived wrapped up nicely in a box (how they even get it in there is beyond me), and after about 2 days of the mattress expanding, I was ready to go! It had no weird smells, and it looked like a cloud of comfort was waiting for me. The first night I slept on it, I knew this was a great purchase. It was just a perfect combination of soft and supportive. I’m a toss-and-turner, and this thing really absorbs my pressure points but doesn’t make me feel like I’m sinking into a swamp. Also, I find that I wake up in the morning a LOT less sweaty than in the past. It’s awesome, especially during those steamy Texas summers. This mattress also has a couple of other nice little perks. The cover is removable and washable. I have children and a dog who all want to climb up and make this their throne, so that’s come in quite handy over the past few months. The only complaint I have is that it might be a LITTLE bit firmer than I expected. But it’s not super hard or anything; it’s just on the firm side of the medium-firm scale, I think. But it works for me (and my back has been loving it as well). All in all, this is a great mattress. It’s comfortable, it keeps you cool, the cover is easy to wash, and it didn’t break the bank. The mattress is comfortable being a medium firm and meeting both our needs in the middle, we slept like babies last night. The materials used help with not being so hot. 6 month check-in... This mattress has been amazing in fact I want to upsize to a firm queen 12 or 14in and there currently unavailable. Its held out great since we purchased in January 25, super comfy great on my body during my entire prgnancy this mattress feel likes a firm but soft plushy cloud. Con for me is that the washable slip cover easily gets dirty or stained and after a wash or 2 you will notice little lent balls start to form which can be a pain to remove or just deal with them.
