I’ve had this mattress for over a year now and I still absolutely love it! It’s the comfiest bed I’ve owned, especially at this price point. I have been recommending this to all my friends! It’s nice not needing to get a box spring with it, it’s the perfect thickness to where I’m not on my bed frame, but it’s not too high up either. My back pain has gone down significantly! It supports my body by allowing some give when lying down, but I’m not sinking all the way down. It’s the perfect firmness! Highly recommend!

Buying a mattress online is a nerve racking experience. I must of looked at 15 different mattresses before deciding to buy this Novilla. I ordered the mattress on the 3rd and UPS delivered it on the 5th. In the tracking info it said it weighed 88lbs, but this definitely felt like it was over 100lbs. I had a Serta mattress before this and this mattress felt much heavier! Novilla included a manual and a tool to open the vacuum sealed plastic without running the risk of cutting the mattress itself. As soon as the plastic was pierced it started to make a hissing noise. Once I cut it open all the way the mattress just popped completely open. It did open upside down though so just be mindful. Also, be careful because it can unfold quick. Once open it expanded to full size. The photo below of the mattress opened was taken 10 minutes after removing it from the plastic! My wife and I left it for 4 hours without laying on it, but I don’t think it needed any more then 30 minutes! *As of right now, it’s 9:10PM on the 7th so tonight will be the 3rd night we sleep on it. It’s make no noise, it’s more on the firm side for us, and it feel so much better then the Serta we had!! My wife is about 120lbs and I’m around 195lbs. I know depending on your weight it might feel softer or firmer. I hope this review helps someone who is considering this mattress! If I didn’t already know and had to guess the price, I’d say it’s in the range of $800-$1200. So if you’re thinking about making the purchase and you like a slightly firmer mattress that’s quiet and really comfortable, look no further! I’ll be sure to update this review in the next 2-4 weeks to let y’all know how it’s going. **1 week update 08/12/23 I know it’s only been a week, so I don’t have too much to say. It’s holding up great and still feels the same as the day we received it. It has no noise issues, no sinking issues, it’s still very comfortable! The only con I can say about it is it’s just a tiny bit larger then a traditional queen mattress. Each side hangs off the frame by about 1 inch. That’s just me nitpicking though because it’s not a problem whatsoever. Anywho, I hope this review helps someone with their purchase, I’ll check back in at the 1 month mark. ***2 months & 2 weeks later! 10/19/23 2 months with the new mattress and it’s still like brand new! No sinking or anything. I wouldn’t guess this mattress was so cheap if I didn’t already know. 3rd photo posted is from the 2 month mark. **it’s now October 19th and still, the mattress feels brand new! I’ve been rotating it every 2 weeks when the sheets get washed. It’s more broken in now so it might of just gotten a tad softer, but not in a bad way. even a $3,000 mattress will break in after a bit of use. There’s no sagging or anything! It still looks brand new when the the sheets and mattress protector are off of it. I recommend this bed to everyone! Someone on Reddit bought it with my recommendation and I heard from him twice now about how good it’s been for him. So yeah, I’ll continue to check back in, I’m glad my review has helped so many people!! It’s now July 3rd 2024 and it’s been an entire year since I bought this mattress. I still rotate it once a month and have a mattress protector on it. It’s still firm, has no sags or dents, and is in great condition! I’d recommend this mattress to anyone looking for a medium/firm mattress and is on budget! It was a great buy and I’m still just as happy as I was the first night I slept on it! 09/24/24 UPDATE! Mattress is still amazing! I turn it about every 2 months now, still have a mattress protector on it and it still feels amazing! No complaints whatsoever. I can’t say it enough, if you’re looking for an affordable mattress, that’s comfortable and will last, look no further! I’m also glad my review has helped so many! I waited 6 months to write this review because I wanted to be sure that I had enough time to sleep on this mattress and give an honest review. Let me start by saying my husband and I are not small people, we also frequently have dogs and kids in our bed on any given night. Heck I even work from home on it twice a week, this thing performs. I bought a $3,000 mattress, a reallllly fancy one. I thought hey, I owe it to myself. I’ve always had cheap mattresses and I thought “it’s time!” It wasn’t. Thankfully we were still on an “in home trial” and I was able to return the mattress, it was sinking in multiple places and just awful. I was so frustrated but needed a mattress (we really pushed that in home trial to the last couple of days!) I looked to Amazon for a new mattress. All I was hoping for was an inexpensive mattress I could use until I found my “dream bed”. Fast forward six months and I have this one. It is the most comfortable, supportive sleep I can remember having in a long time. Although it is a “firm” mattress it isn’t hard. It’s quite soft for what I was expecting. It hasn’t sagged, the edges are still supportive, and it is still as compact as day one. I don’t earn a commission if you buy this, this is a real review. TL/DL - need an affordable supportive bed? Buy this one!!

11/13/24 - so far, I’ve slept on my mattress three times since we’ve gotten it. It is very comfortable. Not too soft, not too firm. I got a king size for the first time and it’s huge. I love it. The downfall is at the edges it curves downward. I have included a picture with a tape measure so you could reference. It curves more than your average mattress and causes my pillows to curve downward. I will have to buy more pillows. This isn’t the worst thing in the world or the biggest deal in the world, but probably wouldn’t purchase it again if I knew this in advance. I gave it four stars because it is very comfortable and big and spacious. I wasn’t sure if I should give it three or four stars so really I’m reading it 3 1/2 stars.

We got this knowing we wanted something to just get us through a few years until we move into a better place and order a bougie mattress. We're just over a year into sleeping on it and we'll need to rotate it. I'm a mid-size fat @260 and my husband isn't. My side has definitely started to sag, his is a little less. For the price and ease of setup, it's worth your money. If you're plus size you'll need to use a knee pillow to keep from feeling knee and hip pain. But overall a good experience so far. Oh, get a mattress protector, this fabric absorbs EVERYTHING EVER and it's virtually unable to be cleaned lol Update: it's been nearly 2yrs, both sides are saggy AF and my back pain is abysmal. I even lost weight and it still sucks.

I was skeptical about ordering a mattress online. I was so happy with this purchase. This mattress is not too soft, but allows you to sink into its comfort. I loved it so much that my son purchased one for him. I would highly recommend if you have back issues.
