    • Great Mattress!!!
Color: White & Grey Size: Queen Set name: 10 Inch
Great mattress!!! This is my first new mattress in 13 years. It was super easy to set up and it is extremely comfortable, I don't toss and turn anymore and I don't wake up with any pains anymore.. My bedroom is on the second floor and due to it being in a box I was able to bring it up stairs super easily. I love how affordable it is and how quickly it arrived. It's not to firm and not to soft, it's just right. I love the 10 inch thickness it's the perfect size for my bedframe and even though it's a budget mattress it looks like a premium mattress. Overall a great product, my sleep has improved significantly. ... show more

    • I like it and recommend
Color: White & Grey Size: King Set name: 12 Inch
I have been sleeping on it for a little over a year and it was so cheap and worth it. When people come over they usually comment on how comfy it is and I don’t use a mattress topper. It fits sheets just fine and holds them well. It came in a fat, very long and heavy box though so I recommend making sure you have a second person to help you lift it to where you need it. It also pops open when you slice the plastic so be careful. I recommend this based off of my 1yr of experience w it. ... show more

    • Very comfy
Color: White & Grey Size: Twin Set name: 10 Inch
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m very impressed with this Novilla 10-Inch Twin Hybrid Mattress. It arrived well-packaged, expanded quickly after unboxing, and was ready to sleep on within a couple of days. The combination of memory foam and individually wrapped coils provides a great balance of comfort and support. It has a medium-firm feel that keeps my back supported while still offering enough cushioning to relieve pressure on my shoulders and hips. I also noticed very little motion transfer, making it a great choice for kids, guest rooms, or anyone who shares a bed. The mattress feels breathable and stays comfortable throughout the night without trapping excessive heat. For the price, the quality is excellent and it feels much more expensive than it is. If you’re looking for an affordable hybrid mattress that’s comfortable, supportive, and easy to set up, this Novilla mattress is a fantastic choice. I would definitely purchase it again. ... show more

    • Nice & comfortable
Color: White & Grey Size: Queen Set name: 12 Inch
Nice mattress. Firm and supportive but soft & comfortable. It inflated immediately and no smell at all. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because of the fact that it’s not truly 80 inches long. We have abt a 4-5” gap between either the headboard or foot. Other than that I would give it 5 stars. ... show more

    • Wonderful!!
Color: White & Grey Size: Full Set name: 12 Inch
This mattress is so comfortable!! Got these for the kids rooms! They are fabulous. Not too firm but not too soft. Thick enough to go on a platform bed without feeling the slats underneath! I love it more than my other shipped bed which is way too squishy in my opinion!!

    • Wrong king size measurements
Color: White & Grey Size: King Set name: 12 Inch
Review Image by PriscillaG
I ordered a 76"x80" king size mattress & received a 75"x75". Its 5" too short for my king bed frame as picture shows. Return & refund process was very easy. I've purchased this brand before in a queen size which fits beautifully on the queen frame, very comfortable to sleep on, that why I tried purchasing a king size. Don't trust trying to reorder a 76x80 king mattress of this brand again. ... show more

This is literally the first bad review I’ve ever given. We got the king size 12 inch hybrid the beginning of June. Yes the other reviews are accurate these beds have no support, are floppy etc. This wasn’t even my main issue. After about a week of having this mattress I began to break out in a rash. So I began to do a process of elimination. Soaps, detergents, perfumes even medications. We also have two inside pets, looked into them as well they aren’t the culprit. The other two people in my home don’t have this issue, but they also aren’t sleeping in this bed. This rash along with blistering and scarring has persisted for the last two months. I’ve been to the doctor multiple times over it, steroid shots and prednisone it’ll temporarily make it go away but it comes back with a vengeance. I can’t definitively say this bed is causing it, but I can say the last two days I haven’t slept in this bed and my rash and itching is going away. I contacted Novilla customer support through email and also like the other reviews have listed, no reply after two days. Amazon though, is coming to pick the bed up today. I don’t know what exactly the type of materials or flame protectant they are putting into these beds, but if you possibly have sensitive skin, I 10/10 absolutely do not recommend. I won’t even lay my child on this bed because of how it’s made my skin react out of fear it’ll make them react the same way. Below I have the tag showing the make and model of bed, I’m curious if anyone else has had this issue and if it’s proven this mattress is causing this possibly a recall because this isn’t normal. ... show more
